自動電話申請成績查詢0021-609-771-7267

用 register number或confirmation number都可申請加發，
會有一個語音選項，用 r按 1，用 c按 2。
輸入基本資料後，系統會語音報出你的成績和最近一次成績，跟你確認。

電話申請需要輸入的資料，依序是：

1.register number or confirmation number
2.2 digits of test month and last 2 digits of test year
3.2 digits of birth month and 2 digits of birth day
4.institute or fellowship number(s) and department number(s)
5.credit card number
6.2 digits of month and last 2 digits of year of expired date of credit card
