Issue 51 "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

It is popular believed by people that education should be truly effective by stimulating the individual needs and interests. I totally agree this issue for the follow reasons:

The final aim of education is to help one to find the meaning of one's life. Not only enlarge the knowledge itself, one also has to learn how to use one's knowledge and how to enjoy in the progress of learning and practice. And promotive education with its specific designed to meet the individual needs and interests can help student understand how to research, to grasp what they learned and, what is more, enjoy in their learning. Firstly, by learning those who needed and interested, students are release releasedfrom mechanical memory, and learn how to research. For example, in China, students are forceed to remember what is taught in school. The purpose of education is no longer for someone's need or interests but for the aim of passing numerous exams with high scores. Under the "high score" expectation, Chinese students are famous for their amazing excellent performance on every competition. But in another way, as the popular educational target is for prize or numerous test, the cramming bereaves the chance to find something new. Or, even worse, it gives students an illusion that learning is painful. As endless examniations decay a childhood and over-look attention by their family on kids progress a children's nightmare, the creativity of child is lost觉得这个中国小孩的反例不能支持你的第一分论点students are release releasedfrom mechanical memory, and learn how to research. Secondly, only by using what they learnt, students grasp their knowledge. Without proper aim, knowledge is only in books or test papers for some bookish. Those information lies in brain is nonsense till one can speak it out, to make it understandable, to use it in life. The biomedical scientist work for people's health; the physicist shows the regulation of the objective universe; the psychologists cure one's mental disease. Even philosophic thinkers give an answer to the meaning of life or the existent of world这几句和本题无关把,所以你的第二分论点没有得到有效证明,你应阐述为什么学生有兴趣就能更好掌握知识. Knowledge proves it value only in use. Otherwise, they are the useless codes only. Thirdly, active education gives students a study potential. If education can designed by the needs and interests of students, students can "see" what they learned becomes the results in daily life. Observing how the knowledge changed the world in detail students and change their attitude to find the solution from what they learned, furthermore, to initiatively learn the knowledge for their solution. In another word, not only help student know how to use those knowledge, the active education help students find new knowledge for some specific need. They learn how to learn, and enjoy in it. Thus, by meeting the needs and interests, one can find the further perspective learning fields and inspirit in the further learning.

Admittedly, there are other methods that can stimulate students their learning passion, the prospect of their parents, the award from others etc. However, if students are pushed by economic pressure rather than the nature character as curiosity or interests, it is hard to imaging they can find real rejoice in learning. The first prize might lose next time; the high scores can be easily forgotten; Scholarship might be awarded to another person___but the pleasure of thinking and learning can last life long. The awards of contented feeling when solving a difficult question is priceless. As long as one can know what to learn and how to find the proper knowledge, the great interesting self-education will last. Those persons understand the real aim of education. And for them, life itself is a challenging question, which needs to learn and settle. For them, education won't be judged by scores or prize, but by the happiness in active thinking. And in my opinion, that is the real effective learning.这段看似development,有点偏题

In short, by specifically meeting needs and interests of each student, the desire of learning can be promoted. Although we can stimulate students by other stressor, it is the active thinking, rather than anything else, that can be the most effective way in one's educational training.
