157"There is no such thing as purely objective observation. All observation is subjective; it is always guided by the observer's expectations or desires."

1. Admittedly,
1everyday life, we deliberately see the same flower in different moods
2The objective limitation like lack of telescope we guess //the moon has people
2. in scientific research
1use special method the control in biology
2Improve the instrument to //microscope in bacteria
3. In art or law or politics need one own perspective to one thing.
1 The different views make it colorful world //Monet, Picasso,
2The different views cause debates about issues so as to make progress.

Is all observation subjective? In my view, though it is inevitable that observation is subjective to some extent, not all of it is like that.
Admittedly, we human beings often would like to perceive things in the world with colored eyes more or less. As a result, the things that have seen varied from one to one, or even could be different when the same person has different moods. This is especially true in our everyday life. When we are happy, we will be inclined to express how beautiful even when encountering a piece of just so-so flower. But when we are suffering from serious disease and have bad temper, usually our attitudes are opposite. Under some circumstances, we human being may have to add our personal ideas to what we have observed, leading to the subjective observation. For instance, when the science and technologies were relatively underdeveloped, people in ancient China mostly thought there must be gods living on the moon. This is probably because that they could not see clearly anything on the moon and had to guess the views on the moon. Therefore, the subjective observation is inevitable from above two points of view.
Nonetheless, in the scientific research, the scientists are trying their best to exclude the subjective factors in order to get closer to the natural result. History has demonstrated that it was possible. On the one hand, the scientists adopted effective research methods to preclude the influences from human beings in the studying process as much as possible. For instance, firstly, scientists in biology simply used one group of white mice to examine the effectiveness of the Penicillin. But the results often varied from time to time and made the researchers confused. Later, they used the new way in which CONTROL GROUP was introduced. As a result, definite conclusion about the effectiveness of Penicillin was quickly obtained. On the other hand, with the fast development of science and technologies, the sophisticated instruments were invented to assist us to learn more about the unknown world, leading more and more objective research results. The invention of microscope is an example in point. Knowing little about the existence of bacteria, people in medieval time became totally frustrated when facing the terrible flu and numerous death everyday in the Black Death. However, after invention of microscope, scientists surprisingly found the micro-world and successful explained the spreading of contagious diseases. All these efforts in science areas make the observation much more objective.
However, when it comes to the areas like art, law, and politics, subjective observations are needed but not the objective ones. It is the very subjective elements that make these areas go forward continuously, while too many objective factors may even impede their development. The debates, which are rife with various subjective personal opinions, have stimulated the progress in society especially in justice. Besides, what matters in the art is the fresh idea, which mostly is subjective. Nearly all the artists have instilled their subjectivity into their products. Suppose great painter Monet and Picasso both complied strictly with the objectiveness, their works could be incredible.
In conclusion, not all the observations are subjective. Human beings not only need the totally objective things such as those stubborn laws of nature to invent efficient tools, we also need a colorful and emotional world with subjectivity to make us spiritually satisfied.
