Businessmen are only motivated by money

It is universally acknowledged that moneyis undoubtedly a significant motivation for every businessman. However , frommy perspective, money is not their only purpose. Good reputation, and social responsibility are also the goals they strive for.


To begin with，commonsense tell us that successful businessmen  usually possess super-good reputation. In turn, if a company well praised by public ,it absolutely will become a household name and capable of attracting people to buy its products. Consequently ,how to get good fame becomes a essential question for all businessmen. The answer to this question is clear, to be honest to the customers and keep the quality of the goods in a high level. If a corporation can not fulfill that , its reputation will be injured and therefore affects its benefits. For instance, I bought a BENQ S41 laptop last summer. Unfortunately , less than one year ,it could not be turned on anymore. Worse still, only a few days after it was repaired , the machinecracked down again. I was driven crazy by that computer and sworn that I would never buy any BENQ‘s product again in my life. I also found many people hold the same view with me on the internet .As a result, the low quality cause the customers to shun BENQ' s products. Therefore, reputation plays a crucial role in the formation of the core competence in corporations. In other words, once a company lose itsfame ,it will also lose customers and money as well.


Moreover，besides money and reputation, social responsibilityis also important for a businessman . The society uses its wealth to help make business kingdoms ，economic giantsand billionaires. In return , businessmen have no excuse to avoid their duty to repay the people who support them live a better world. Many famous businessmen such as Bill Gates have their own foundations used for charity. Thanks to the funds, numerous homeless children find places to live; myriads of wild animals were saved; several polluted areas become clean and beautiful again; and so forth. Just because a large numbers of responsible businessmen motivated not only by money but also by social responsibility, our world can be better.


All in all, as the essay bears out businessmen do not only driven by money . Reputation and social responsibility are their motivations as well.
