Should education be personally designed to meet the individual requirements and accommodate each student's interests and requirements? The speaker claims so with the viewpoint that only by this way can education be truly effective. As far as I can see, considered from diverse educational stages, the assertion is not always true.

First think about the purpose of education. In general, according to different contents and purposes, eduction can be categorized into three stages: the elementary one, the secondary one and the higher-level education. The first two ones aim to provide people well-rounded knowledge with national unified curriculum and public identified morality. While the latter is intended to employ assorted courses to stretch and promote ones' interests and make people hardened in certain specific fields, thus making their own contributions to the society and fulfilling their dreams.

In order to cultivate people a solid academic foundation, elementary and secondary education take uniformed courses to offer well-balanced
segmentation of knowledge. On one hand, this kind of education could pave a better way for college education. Take a student majoring in biotechnology for instance. Apart from biology and chemistry, he also need statistical methods based by mathematics to hunt for inner rules inside external biological complexities. And when it comes down to issues like human coloning, ethnics and sociology based by moral values operates inevitably. On the other hand, with limited skillful faculty and education fund, common curriculum is the best choice ensuring that the majority will get access to a relatively exhaustive and standard education.

Besides, common elementary and secondary education are vital in forming one's common morality. Researches show that children who drop out at early ages tend to commit crimes at a higher rate. From this point, generalized education is more thoughtful and competent than personal education which may root in bias and emotional factors.

Nevertheless, higher-level education will plays a better and more efficient role in one's career route and explore their potentials to the greatest
extent if taking personal talents levels, knowledge backgrounds and interests into consideration. Examples will go no further than Larry Ellison,
Oracle founder and CEO. He did not obtain a bachelor's degree within three college studies. Many would recognize him as a loser. Whereas, when working as a computer programmer he found himself fascinated in data storage and sorting. Then by reading a comprehensive range of classical textbooks he taught himself systematically. And later, he seized opportunities and found Oracle, which today has dominated the market share of commercial enterprise database, becoming a real industrial giant. Despite the fact that Larry Ellison was not excellent by common appraisal system, he acquires what he can live on and achieve his values by personalized self-learning.

In sum, from what has been discussed above, we may draw the conclusion that whether education will work better if specially designed depends on its purposes. Higher-level education will inspire more potentials if adjusted to personal interests and talents. While for elementary and secondary education, uniformed curriculum obviously is sufficient.
经验不足,凑到了500字,逻辑和语言方面都还存在不少问题,请战友们帮忙好好看看。

The speaker claims so with the viewpoint that only by this way can education be truly effective. As far as I can see, considered from diverse educational stages, the assertion is not always true.

First think about the purpose of education. In general, according to different contents and purposes, educ
ation can be categorized into three stages:

the elementary one, the secondary one and the higher-level education. (感觉这句话是凑字数用的..说的太抽象了,是指小学中学及大学教育吗?还是一种新的分类方法?)The first two ones aim to provide people well-rounded knowledge with national unified curriculum and public identified morality. While the latter is intended to employ assorted courses to
stretch and promote ones' interests
and make people hardened in certain specific fields, thus making their own contributions to the society and fulfilling their dreams.

In order to cultivate people a
solid academic foundation, elementary and secondary education take uniformed courses to offer well-balanced

segmentation of knowledge. On one hand, this kind of education could pave a better way for college education. Take a student majoring in biotechnology for instance. Apart from biology and chemistry, he also needs statistical methods based by mathematics to hunt for inner rules inside external biological complexities. And when it comes down to issues like human cloning, ethnics and sociology based by moral values operates inevitably. (在科隆问题上起作用的道德和社会观念个人觉得不一定是学校教的,不如换个例子)On the other hand, with limited skillful faculty and education fund, common curriculum is the best choice ensuring that the majority will get access to a relatively exhaustive and standard education.这点可以再具体展开解释解释

上面的例子没有写出提早辍学与高犯罪率的直接关系

he acquires what he can live on and achieve his values by personalized self-learning.

文章的主要问题就是那三个阶段的教育没有写出明确的定义啊,让人有点一头雾水..例子可以找些更合适的,有许多地方是可以展开的,这样字数就上去了。加油!
