Laws as national orders serve itself with obligatory to the citizens. However, not every law would maintain definite justice based on the principle of democracy. There is no denying that every individual in a society has the responsibility to obey just laws. Although citizens have the obligation to conduct according to laws formulated by nation, yet they should resist unjust laws.


At the beginning, all of us know what the laws of a nation mean for the society and citizens. As the unique national standard to keep society steady and develop normally, laws make our lives ongoing smoothly and guarantee the environment security. Justice of laws greatly benefits people as performing a role of judge and security guard, which protect our rights and benefits from invasion of no matter body or spirit. As a legitimate citizen, we should and have to obey the laws to shape an order, just and strict social circumstance. In case that some disobeys the laws, he or she has to be punished in obedience to rules of the laws.


Nevertheless, we cannot neglect that there is part of the laws unjust without following the principle of democracy which is acclaimed by people and nations all over the world. Facing to the unjust laws, citizens should not obey them passively because passiveness would encourage ones who the unjust laws assist more frantic and the weak ones who embrace justice would be injured. We cannot promote this situation which must damage the harmony of the society and be adverse to nation development and ultimately the final victimized is the people. So everyone should be courage to disobey and resist unjust laws for the benefits of themselves.


Additionally, individual has no enough strength to wave the position of the laws probably. Hence, we should draw together when we face to unjust laws so that the problem may be proposed to the high level of the nation. There is possibility to deal with the injustice of the laws people aim at. Moreover, the nation as a democratic supporter should also pay more attention to the laws if they would be effective with the starting point of people’s interests.


In brief, although laws are imperative to stand by national position, yet unjust laws should be resisted collectively considering that people’s interests are most important. Everyone as a legal citizen should obey just laws, however, as for unjust ones, individual has also responsibility to point out to remind nation to modify them for social harmony and ordered development.
