When it comes to sports, a number of people may reveal a disappointed expression and then get far away. Another part of people may have a great passion for them. Recently there is a hot debate on whether sports can teach people lessons about life. Some people who get disappointed hold the opinion that sports have nothing with life. On the contrary, I think this belief is ill-informed and fails to take into account some other factors.

First of all, sports can enhance people’s confidence in their life. Sports are like our life. The problems and difficulties met in the sports can be looked on(treated as) as the hardship and bitterness in life. When people have overcome the difficulties in sports, they will feel more confident in their real life and lead in an optimistic life(改为attitude觉得与前面的那个life重复了). Take the hurdle race for example, every hurdle just like the(each) difficulty in our life. If we defeat all the(all of these) hurdles on the track, the problems in life will also be confidently(我觉得confidently不能用来修饰conquer，confidently是人的心态，那个动作应该只能用容易之类的修饰吧，你考虑一下) conquered by us(hurdle的例子很形象，我没有想到，赞一个).

What is more, sports can teach us the spirit of cooperation and unity which will play an important role in our further career or life. For instance, I completely remembered one time when I was selected to attend a team game on the sports’ day in my college. One of the most important principles of the game is team work, that is cooperation and unity. The team game will not go on(has to be ceased个人觉得go on有点口语化) if one of us gives up. From that game I have learnt（From that game what I have learnt is how...只是觉得这样好一些） how to cooperate with other team members, which has a profound influence（建议：which has produce profound influence） in my later study like group works.

Last but not least, sports can teach people to persevere in the process of pursuing dreams, especially in the situation when they are facing an obstacle. Likewise, when people participate in the long race such as the marathon which requires people possess stamina and endurance, they will never give up in the mid-race when they feel frustrated, or they will totally lose it.

Therefore, from the above discussion, we can find out that ports can really teach people so much (experience) that related to their life. From now on, sports will become an essential part of my life.

With the remarkable improvement of people’s life standard, they increasingly draw more attention on the eating habits. Consequently(这里没有因果关系吧), they find a serious problem that they are developing an unhealthy eating habits(habit). Some people are favorable to the statement that advertising is the most important cause of unhealthy eating habits. However, I think this belief fails to take into consideration some more important factors.

I can understand why(改为that，与后面的for the reason重复) people assert that the most important cause of the unhealthy eating habits is advertising for the reason that large quantities of the advertisements of food are flooded in the televisions which have infatuated most people. But not all the information in the advertisements are realistic, people are thereby misled by the unreal and alluring food advertisements. Besides most companies intend to invite celebrity as their spokesmen, which appeal to(persuade) (many)more audience to purchase their food without any consideration that whether or not the food are beneficial to their health(建议去掉，太长了这个句子). This is also a potential factor leading to the unhealthy eating habits.

Even though the advertising can lead to the unhealthy eating habits, there are other more important factors, one of which is the current living pace. In the 21st(在作文里面数字尽量用英文) century, the speed of people’s life are getting increasingly fast(faster than ever before). Faced(Facing) with the heavy(high,如果要表达非常前面可加个extremely) pressure from the work and study, people usually have no time to center their energy on (pay more attention to)their eating. Instead, they will buy some fast food or even neglect their meals so that they can save more time to finish their assignment. Unconsciously, people have developed an unhealthy eating habit.

More importantly, if I have to state(建议去掉), (去掉the) lack(lacking) of motivation to the healthy eating habit can also bring about people’s unhealthy eating habits. We can see lots of programs on the topic of how to develop a healthy eating habit in the television. But there are few people are willing to put the knowledge about eating habit into practice. They dispute that they have no time(there is no time for them避免与前面的they重复) to prepare the cuisine and the recipe of healthy food is always too complex(建议去掉). So they hardly have patience to develop their eating habits healthily.

To sum up, from what has been discussed above, I dare to say that the unhealthy eating habits can be attributed to more ( many other)important factors. However, from my perspective, advertising is not the most significant cause.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement？Being creative, rather than planning carefully, helps people come up with the best solution to a problem.
When it comes to creativity, most people may relate it with successful scientists without hesitation. Thus, large numbers of people tend to live under the illusion that being creative, rather than planning carefully, helps people come up with the best solution to a problem. However, in my point of view, their belief fails to take into consideration some other factors.

Admittedly, creativity really helps people come up with an ingenious solution to a problem. Think about those famous genius such as Newton and Albert Einstein. Thanks to creativity, those men of genius have put forward large quantities of innovations which have helped human beings resolve various problems efficiently and effectively. But creativity mostly applies to men of genius. As for us, we had better make a plan carefully to tackle a problem.

Primarily, planning carefully helps to resolve a problem considerately and thoroughly. Suppose we are going to have a autumn outing. But where and when should we go? In addition, what are the total expenses and what should we prepare for the outing? So many questions are waiting to be answered. Only if we plan the trip carefully and comprehensively analyze all the potential problems, can we spend a wonderful trip. If we do not consider all the factors, it is embarrassed that we will not continue to go outing when we find that our money has used up or it is a rainy day.

Furthermore, planning carefully is a process of cultivating our sense of cooperation which is also beneficial to the problem resolving. Take me for example. When I am confronted with a problem, I prefer debating with my friends or classmates. Sitting together to discuss the reasons, results and strategies of the problem, we thereby make a full plan. In the process of the debate, everyone will put forward to a new idea or a novel solution. Thus, I will select the most appropriate tactics writing into the plan. If we all vote against one solution though analyzing all aspects of factors, then that solution will be excluded from our plan. Via the cooperation, I can absorb all kinds of solutions come up with by different persons to solve my problem.

Therefore, from what has been discussed above, I can safely come to the conclusion that planning carefully, rather than being creative, helps people come up with the best solution to a problem.
