In modern world, people are more and more divided into different groups doing different works. in some groups, people are required to wear certain uniforms when involved in team activities, like schooling and working. I think there are quite a few advantages to have this kind of rule.

it is a very important factor that wearing the same type of clothes could increase people's visibility. when you come across someone dressed similarly with you, you can easily tell you two are from the same school or the same company. you might don't know each other before, but you can simply begin a pleasant conversation then become good friends. it is always a good thing to have a harmonious atmosphere at work and school. visibility also draws public attentions. bearing certain labels, people intend to be well behaved. for example, with uniforms on at work, Fedex staff must be careful about how they serve their clients. This is also an easy way to advertise.

equally important is that team members' loyalty are enhanced when wearing uniforms. uniforms that have the same logo keep people in mind that they are part of their school and company. being able to repeatedly emphasizing people's sharing attributes, dressing in the same types of clothes help put everyone's ability together to achieve the very best result. Thus, people get self-identified, become satisfied with what they do and hence be proud of being a member of this group. with increasing loyalty, the community would absolutely be benefited as a whole.

Matching visibility and loyalty is another essential aspect, classification. with a series of varied uniforms, people could be easily classified by having different types of clothes. In places where jobs are highly allocated, it is extremely crucial for people to identify each other at first sight. that being so, fluent and effective task flows can be assured. even in schools, it is beneficial to have students easily differentiated. it is even more so when collective works are required.

combine all the reasons mentioned above, it is my point of view that it is better to have rules on what people wear at school and work.

In modern world, people are more and moredivided into different groups doing different works. In some groups, people are required to wear certain uniforms when involved in team activities, like schooling and working(前后搭配需修改). I think there are quite afew advantages to have this kind of rules.

It is a very important factorthat wearing the same type of clothes could increase people's visibility(“引人注目”的意思么?). When(句首字母应大写……) you come across someone dressed similarly with you(改为in the same kind of uniform toyours, you can easily tell you two are from the same school or the samecompany. you might don't know each other before, but you can simply begin apleasant conversation then become good friends(是制服制度的优点,适合论述“It is good that….”;但题目是要论述“It is important that….”,举例说明制服是必要的比较切题). it is always a good thing to have a harmonious atmosphere at workand school. (同学们很少在同个校园里,因为对方穿着校服就觉得谈话特别亲切吧…)visibility also draws public attentions. bearing certain labels, people intend to be well behaved. for example, with uniforms on at work, FedExstaff must be careful about how they serve their clients. This is also an easyway to advertise.

equally important is that team members'loyalty are enhanced when wearing uniforms. uniforms that have the same logokeep people in mind that they are part of their school and company. being ableto repeatedly emphasizing people's sharing attributes, dressing in the sametypes of clothes help put everyone's ability together to achieve the very bestresult. Thus, people get self-identified(穿着同众的制服,和得到个人注意,看似没有因果关系,且可能是互相矛盾的), become satisfied with what they do and hence be proud of being amember of this group. with increasing loyalty, the community would absolutely be benefited as a whole.

Matching visibility and loyalty is anotheressential aspect, classification. with a series of varied uniforms, peoplecould be easily classified by having different types of clothes. In placeswhere jobs are highly allocated, it is extremely crucial for people to identifyeach other at first sight(建议改为to tell the duty of aperson at a first sight from his uniform is a benefit. that beingso, fluent and effective task flows can be assured. even in schools, it isbeneficial to have students easily differentiatedagain,穿着同众的制服,和区分个人,看似是矛盾的,需要解释). it is even more so when collective works are required(不是common sense的论点就需要解释…).

combine all the reasons mentioned above, itis my point of view that it is better to have rules on what people wear atschool and work.

谢谢2009toefl10的修改。关于最后一段我想表达的意思是 有的uniform是可以区分的
比如说不同职位的人穿不同的颜色 但style是相同的 在学校里可能每个年级也都有所区分。
总结出2点:
1.        As the topic requires discussion on the importance of something, it is better to focus on necessity rather than advantages.
2.        Arguments that are not common sense need to be further explained in a detailed way.

In modern world, people are more and more divided into different groups 突然想起一个词 Compartmentalization 可以概括你的意思 doing different works. in some groups, people are required to wear certain uniforms when involved in team activities, like schooling and working. I think there are quite a few 不严谨  你只说了三条 而quite a few 意思可说是相当多的 advantages to have this kind of rule. 2 a2 |! G; Y' \
it is a very important factor that wearing the same type of clothes could increase people's visibility 后面说的是容易区分 那么讲可视性甚至能见度就不恰当了 用相似性比较好些. when you come across someone dressed similarly with to you, you can easily tell you two are from the same school or the same company. you might don't know each other before, but you can simply begin a pleasant conversation and then 去掉 become good friends. it is always a good thing to have a harmonious atmosphere at work and school. visibility also draws public attentions. bearing certain labels 什么意思啊?, people intend to be well behaved. for example, with uniforms on 可以去掉吧 at work, Fedex staff must be careful about how they serve their clients. This is also an easy way to advertise. 8 m' S2 F! W& I; g4 e9 f

equally important is that team members' loyalty are enhanced when wearing uniforms. uniforms that have the same logo keep people in mind that they are part of their school and company. being able to repeatedly emphasizing people's sharing attributes, dressing in the same types of clothes help put everyone's ability together to achieve the very best result 注意句首大写!我开始都没看懂  以为语法错误 然后看了下你是being没有大写 然后才看明白 . Thus, people get self-identified, become satisfied with what they do and hence be they are proud of being a member of this group. with increasing loyalty, the community would absolutely be benefited 用主动 as a whole 感觉这个可以在前面写个whole 即可. 0 Z3 X9 j: p& n2 G0 G1 p
Matching visibility and loyalty is another essential aspect compared to...... there is...., classification. with a series of varied uniforms, people could be easily classified by having different types of clothes. In places where jobs are highly allocated, it is extremely crucial for people to identify each other at first sight. that being so, fluent and effective task flows can be assured. even in schools, it is beneficial to have students easily differentiated. it is even more so important when collective works are required.

In modern world, people are more and more (这个用法感觉有点怪)divided into different groups doing different works. in some groups, people are required to wear certain uniforms when involved in team activities, like schooling and working. it is a very important factor that wearing the same type of clothes could increase people's visibility. when you come across someone dressed similarly with you, you can easily tell you two are from the same school or the same company(适当的调整一下,这个句子的you太多了). you might don't know each other before, but you can simply begin a pleasant conversation then become good friends. it is always a good thing to have a harmonious atmosphere at work and school. visibility also draws public attentions. bearing certain labels, people intend to be well behaved. for example, with uniforms on at work, Fedex staff must be careful about how they serve their clients. This is also an easy way to advertise.

equally important is that team members' loyalty are enhanced when wearing uniforms.(这个角度挺有意思) uniforms that have the same logo keep people in mind that they are part of their school and company. being able to repeatedly emphasizing people's sharing attributes, dressing in the same types of clothes help put everyone's ability together to achieve the very best result. Thus, people get self-identified, become satisfied with what they do and hence be proud of being a member of this group. with increasing loyalty, the community would absolutely be benefited as a whole.

combine all the reasons mentioned above, it is my point of view that it is better to have rules on what people wear at school and work.

首字母一定要大写阿! 句子需要再精炼一点。
