大学应不应该要求所有的学生都学习除了本国文化以外的文化？


In recent years, there are more and more students choose to go to university to learn more useful knowledge, include science, nature, culture and many other subjects. With the deeper communication between countries, people have more chance to understand each other, there is general controversy over the issue whether students in university should learn the culture about other countries. Personally, I think it is necessary for students to culture not only about their own countries, but also all kinds of cultures. My reasons are as follows.


First and foremost, people living in the world should communicate with each other better. If a person only care about himself and don't want to say a word with others, then he will be soon forgotten by others. It is the same with a country. If a country only pays attention on their development, it may develop much slower than it is intending. Only learn other country’s culture well can a country be boom. For this, university students should learn all the culture better.


In the second place, learning culture from others can make a country win in a "war". By knowing the culture people can make a better decision. No matter when they fight, they have a fully preparation and have the faith to win, because they have already know what the next step would the adversary do. Besides, learning the foreign culture can make the class more interesting and students may learn more useful things.



Last but not least, learning all kinds of cultures is a duty of a person. Human beings are all a family, they are born from one ancestor, people should communicate well as one big family. Only in this way can we live in a happy life and only in this way can we built a beautiful world together.


To sum up, learning cultures, no matter which country’s culture, should be treated as an important class for students. On top of this, our world can become more harmonious.
