According to the professor in the lecture, if the employees choose to work four days in a week that means the company will spend more money on training and medical benefits. And more office spaces and computers will be required. Thus, the cut will be more than the profit. This directly contradicts what the reading passage indicates that four-day work will benefit both the company and employees. And the workers will be in high spirit and more alert in their job.

The speaker in the listening argues that hiring new workers is costly and the company wants the four-day workers do same amount of work they used to do in five days. So there is no additional work and no need for extra employees. This point disagrees with the statement demonstrated in the reading passage that the four-day work policy will help the government reduce the unemployment rate.

According to the lecturer, there exist many risks for the employees who take the option of four-day work in a week. Their short working time will decrease their job ability, maybe they are likely the first one to lose job. They will pass over for the promotion because the employer’s inclination is five-day workers. This point refutes the point in the reading that the four-day workers will have more leisure time with their families and improve their living quality.

TPO-2综合作文

According to the professor in the lecture, team members usually get free ride. Some of them didn't make much contribution at all. While, if there is a good result of the project, they won't lost their benefits. Some people did especially well and provided some new ideas for the
inside issue. So the work has been done as a whole. No name was named. Some real contributors' attitude were opposite in the reading passage. This point directly contradicts what the reading passage indicates that more team members means a wider range of knowledge and expertise which can solve the problem efficiently and successfully.

The speaker in the listening argues that many members were managed by influential. They can easily drop of an idea instead of further discussing. This disagrees with the statement demonstrated in the reading that if work as team, the workers quickly response to the task.

In the listening, the professor says that, if the direction of the task might not work, and someone found this and he wanted to warn the group, most of time, his idea was basically ignored by others. However, if the project was failed, all team members were blamed.Which differs from the reading that individual's idea can be regarded as highly significant one.

首先谢谢MM给我点评的意见~~~According to the professor in the lecture, team members usually get free ride. Some of them didn't make much contribution at all. (重复lecture中的内容应该要用现在式而不是过去式)While, if there is a good result of the project, they won't lost their benefits. Some people did especially well and provided some new ideas for the inside issue.
This disagrees with the statement demonstrated in the reading that if work as team, the workers quickly response to the task.(they need long time to reach agreement这点没写。)
In the listening, the professor says that, if the direction of the task might not work, and someone found this and he wanted to warn the group, most of time, his idea was basically ignored by others. (这句话感觉逗号用的太多,可以用定语从句让句子结构更加逻辑和连贯)However, if the project was failed, all team members were blamed.Which differs from the reading that individual's idea can be regarded as highly significant one.

TPO-3综合作文
According to the professor in the lecture, the Portrait of an Elderly Woman in a Whinte Bonnet is indeed Rembrandt work. The fur collar wasn't a part of painting, it was painted over top of the painting after hundreds of years by others in oder to increase it's value. This directly contradicts what the reading passage indicates that Portrait always pay much attention to the details so he couldn't paint a woman wearing fur collar in a servant dress.

The speaker in the listening argues that the woman in Rembrandt's origal painting was in simple color of light color cloth, it can reflect the light to illustrate the woman's face. So her face wasn't shadow and looked realistic. This point disagrees with the statement demonstrated in the reading that the dark fur collar absorbed light so that the face would be partially in shadow.

According to the lecturer, the wood panel glued together aimed at looking more grand and valubal. In fact, in Rembrandt's origally painting, they were some simple pieces of wood which was from the same tree of wood panel with Rembrandt's other paintings. It refutes the point in the reading that the glued wood pieces proof that the painting wasn't drew by Rembrandt.

According to the professor in the lecture, polar region was warm enough for dinosaurs to live thousand of years ago. While, when the cold climates came, the dinosaurs couldn't manage themselves in such a chill area, they would choose hibernation to survive. This directly contradicts what the reading passage indicates the conclusion that dinosaurs were endotherms because Polar dinosaurs could live in such a cold region.

The speaker in the listening argues that the leg position of dinosaurs indicates that it can support more weight since dinosaurs were usually large in size. This point disagrees with the statement demonstrated in the reading that legs of dinosaurs positioned undemeath in order to offer high energy for running which strongly suggests that dinosaurs were endotherms.

According to the lecturer, dinosaurs had growth ring which indicates they won't grow rapidly. During the cold period, the speed of growth was decreased. This growth pattern didn't match with endortherm's, because they could grow rapidly even in cold weather. This refutes the point in the reading that the Haversian canals in dinosaurs' fossilized bones suggested that they were endotherm.

文章第一段首先指出lecture是支持或者是反对reading passage中的观点,一定要先指明,然后再写!

Firstly,According to the professor in the lecture, polar region was warm enough for dinosaurs to live thousand of years ago. While, when the cold climates came, the dinosaurs couldn't manage themselves in such a chill area, they would choose hibernation to survive. This directly contradicts what the reading passage indicates the conclusion that dinosaurs were endotherms because Polar dinosaurs could live in such a cold region.- g& \

In addition,The speaker in the listening argues that the leg position of dinosaurs indicates that it can support more weight since dinosaurs were usually large in size.(可以在添加点细节,综合写作其实主要考得就是我们对于lecture部分文章的把握,毕竟reading passage我们可以在写作过程中看到) This point disagrees with the statement demonstrated in the reading that legs of dinosaurs positioned undemeath in order to offer high energy for running which strongly suggests that dinosaurs were endotherms.

Finally,According to the lecturer, dinosaurs had growth ring which indicates they won't grow rapidly. During the cold period, the speed of growth was decreased. This growth pattern didn't match with endortherm's, because they could grow rapidly even in cold weather. This refutes the point in the reading that the Haversian canals in dinosaurs' fossilized bones suggested that they were endotherm.

According to the professor in the lecture, the inside of the “great houses” isn’t serious adopt that there were many people living there. Because if hundreds of people lived there before, there would be many fireplaces for every family’s daily cook. However, in the largest “great houses”, we can find only ten fireplaces which can not be available for so many families. So it couldn’t be residential. This directly contradicts what the reading passage indicates that the “great houses” held a lot of people due to it’s outside looking was familiar with the “apartment building” in New Mexico where many people lived for centuries.

The speaker in the listening argues that if Chaco structure was used for storing maize, there must be some traces of maize, such as some grain on the floor and big containers for carrying maize. But none of the clues appeared, and the speaker also says that it is unbelievable that such a large room only used for maize preservation. This point disagrees with the statement demonstrated in the reading that the “great houses” were used for food supplies, especially grain maize.

In this listening, the professor says that, the pile of old material might be left from some large quantity buildings. This phenomenon is common, when some big projects are finished, some materials which were not used up left, even some construction stuff and tools. And the spots could be some trash for meals and constructions which differs from the reading in that the reading states that “great houses” were for ceremony use, and these spot and waste materials were left after the ceremony.

According to the professor in the lecture, the inside of the “greathouses” isn’t serious(seriously) adopt(demonstrate似乎更好些) that there were many people living there.Because if hundreds of people lived there before, there would be manyfireplaces for every family’s daily cook.(there可以考虑换词) However, in the largest“great houses”, we can find only ten fireplaces which can not beavailable for so many families.
