The professor in the lecture demonstrates that working as a group cannot reach what the company considers originally. The passage claims that group may finish one task more efficiently than individuals. And the speaker refutes the ideas from the reading with reasonable and sound theories.

At the beginning, the reading passage supports people can make contribution to group responsibility by different knowledge but it seems that things are not following this way. The lecturer mentions that even if group achieved its responsibility and work, almost in each group, there were some of them who did nothing to group’s task. That sounds not every one struggled with their whole work.

The speaker also claims that the leader in corporation cannot find out the specific person who made big contribution in completing task because all knowledge and capacity are regarded as the whole. Therefore, the negative point of working as group is that the individual who brought out effective idea may not have chance to share views and true feeling, which may not provide better suggestion to the company’s whole plan. Meanwhile the corporation misses appropriate and capable person to have better contribution.

Finally, from the lecture, group may slow its steps in task and work completing. Sometimes different people have various advices, or specific one who mentions a creative suggestion, they however, need more time to discuss within groups. It may not cause the whole group’s consequence more far-researching like what the reading passages talked due to too much time on discussion. Hence, what the speaker says in the lecture totally refuted the passages.

这段的逻辑关系挺难找的，我现在觉得我自己写的也有问题。后来又仔细听了一下，貌似是这样：

1.每组都有免费搭车者，当项目完成时，这些人享有同等的嘉奖，recognition落在整组，不单独提名，会搞得真正贡献的人很不爽，这reading相反。
2.Another finding was有些项目进行很慢的（不像reading说的quickly）,这是因为需要开好多会才能最终取得一致见解.
3.On the other hand，也有证据表明，当一两个有影响力的人做决定放弃某方案时，大家都不多想，就听他们的。还有一种情况就是这一两个influencer说服大家做某个有创意的方案，这时，尽管有个别组员提醒大家这么做有风险，也会被无视。结果就是，失败的后果要所有人来承担。

所以这段lecture的逻辑很迷惑，我就把2和3听成一个了，总共才写了两点。翠花的这篇文章，我觉得2段3段应该并在一起，统共是第一论点。并且3段2、3句有点偏了，lecture里没这么说。然后应该再加上第三点。

翠花的写作功力着实了得，佩服一个先。文章的语法和结构问题我实在是看不出来。该文的问题主要在于论点的阐述上。实际上，第二段和第三段是同一个意思，都属于文章的第一个要点。第四段属于第二个要点，还要再加上第三个要点，也就是because many people are in chargeof the project, when the plan fail to work, team members would not pay close attention to it。班门弄斧，这个意见也仅供商榷。见笑了。

The professor talks about the traits of dinosaurs. And she shows her different views from what the passages mention that dinosaurs were endothermic. The speaker supports her points in the lecutre with more reasonable proofs.

At beginning, it was warm in polar area in ancient time. The speaker refutes that the dinosaurs were endotherms due to the warm weather in Polar area. The climate was pretty different from it is at present. Meanwhile, the lecturer mentions that dinosaurs may spend winter by migrating or hibernating if the weather was harsh. So dinosaurs’ bones in polar region cannot demonstrate they were endothermic dinosaurs.

Later, legs on body’s side could carry more weight to run faster. The passage suggests that legs under animals’ body makes running more efficiently, also it is one of characters endothermic creatures should have. Professor, however, indicates that legs at animal’s side could assist them to run fast as can support more weight. Therefore, this theory cannot proof dinosaurs were endotherms.

Thirdly, haversian canals help animal grow quickly but sometimes slowly. The reading talks fast growing speed is another trait endothermic animals should possess. But the lecturer indicates canals made dinosaurs grow more in cold weather but growing was not always in this pace. Hence, the theory of haversian canals is not strong enough to support dinosaurs were endotherms. And the professor totally refutes what the article suggests with sound theories.

The passage mentions that the picture of Portrait of an Elderly Woman is not completed by Rembrandt due to the analyses in the article. The lecturer, however, supports it is Rembrandt’s work with more sound theories and details.

At the beginning, fur collar is added after one hundreds years picture finishing. That means others tried to make the woman of the picture look better instead of Rembrandt doing. Therefore, the fur collar cannot show that this work does not belong to Rembrandt because fur part is not completed by Rembrandt.

Furthermore, the face of that woman wore light color before fur collar added. From the lecturer, we learn that it is the fur collar’s shadow affects the original light, which makes the Elder Woman looks dark. And the speaker also talks that if the fur collar part is removed, the original color will show up. That supports Rembrandt’ painting skill of the connection of light and shadow in this picture.

Finally, the picture is enlarged to make it look grand. That is the reason the picture was positioned on the panel with several pieces of woods. And researchers especially found out that the tree of panels of Portrait of an Elder Woman is the same with other Rembrandt’s other works. Hence, the lecturer totally refutes what the reading passages mention through strong analysis
