According to the listening passage, the professor says that scientists found some problems about the evidence that dinosaurs were endotherms. The professor gives some reasons below to cast doubt on the reading passage that dinosuars were endotherms.

To begin with, we can learn from the lecture, the polar dinosaurs can not be proved that the dinosaurs were the endotherms . Because the region which the dinosaurs fossils were found was warmer than today. In addition, the professor point out that when the polar became cooler, dinosaurs would not migrant like other reptiles. The reasons rise in the passage are contradicted.

Secondly, the writer infers the dinosaurs were the endotherms throgh the position of the legs differs from the reptiles. However, the professor gives another explaination about leg position of dinosaurs. The legs undereath dinosaurs’ body are use for supporting more weight. Dinosaurs were large animals.

Finally, the lecture mentions that there are second growing rings of dinosuars to oppose the evidence given by the writer. The second growing rings reflect that dinosaurs grew slowly or stopped growing in the cold periods and grew fast in the warm periods. However, the endotherms would grow rapidlly when the weather becomes cooler. There are the evidences that dinosuars were not endotherms.
