09.12.7 Agree or disagree, in order to succeed, you should be more like others than be different from everyone else.
再看自己的作文，已经意识到哪里有问题——对比不明显。光说了“不同”的好处，但是没有对比说，“趋同”无法取代“不同”的好处。算是对这篇文章一个小总结吧。还需要多练习...经常忘了这忘了那。

Being successful in career is the dream of most of people. Success brings into other's respect and abundant fortune, as well as the opportunities to realize more dreams. A question has been raised over whether the people who eager for success should be more like others or be different from everyone else. In my opinion, one's differences play a more significant role than does similarity.

First of all, differences on the method of thinking are the source of greater productivity and profits for individual and campany unit. For example, in the industrial designing realm, different thoughts about designing allow the designers making completely distinctive products, so that to satisfied varies kind of needs from consumer. IKEA company respects designer's original ideas which different from each other, creating hug profit on furniture products on world scale. So, in the shopping mall, you always hear the appreciation to a product like this:" Oh, it's so special!" Those "special" products come from "special" thoughts, always yield higher profit.

Second, the projects in our world become more and more complicated, requiring various qualities and skills to complete them. High-tech industry is the typical example, Apollo Program succeeded in 1969 was a national joint effort on a tremendous scale. About three universities, 2,000 companies and 300,000 individuals were involved in this programm. In every small team, every member in the programm played an crucial important and different part. Each of the members had different skills and advantages, like different organisms running in human's biologic system, making the programm be a perfect integrity. So to speak, the variances between people give the success to such projects, and the projects in return to be the individuals' remarkable and valuable achievement.

Further more, to be different from others not means out of the group. People who have a special capability or skill had better to know how to be a team-worker. Since in the modern society, people may create more immense value with a team than by individual.

In sum, I support the idea that success depends more on one's differences. Since different ideas, skills and special capabilities bring about enormous achievement in economy, science, art and almost every field of industry. In the mean time, if we have the quality of tolerant and modest, we can notch up notable success by cooperating with other different people.
