作文严重超时！写作中途被N件事情打断。。。。。。
思维逻辑不连贯，给同学们造成不便请谅解。

12.9 Do you agree or disagree teacher who is a serious and strict person more effective than a teacher is humor and is easygoing person.

We all know that teacher has a very important role in the community. People may have various expection to the teacher. Some individuals think teacher should be serious and strict which can be more effective than the teacher who is humorious and easygoing. While, others hold the opposite opinion. Personally, I totally agree with the first one.

At first, a serious and strict teacher can give students a sense of authority. Needless to say, the knowledge that a teacher gives for students should be authoritative. If a teacher teaching in class is too relaxed and humor it will make students confused about whether the teacher is making a joke or not. That's not good for study. However, serious teachers would not allow of this kind of situation in their classes. They will take their classes  seriously and may try to make every aspect of their teaching process perfectly. It will be no doubt that students trust a serious teacher more than a humorious teacher who often make jokes.

Secondly, the teacher who is serious and strict can make students cultivate some good habits more easily.We can know that a strict teacher may have more demands for students, such as handing in assignment on time, no talking in class and so on. And students may perform better when they are in class.In addition,If a student has a strict teacher it will be definitely push him or her to work harder since the strict teacher may give more homework to students. While, if the teacher is easygoing, the students may be absent  or behave bad at class, because the teacher is not very strait.

Finally, although, we know that a humor and easygoing teacher can make students study easily, it is not good for studetns get to high marks in exams. For example, in China the biggest examination for high school students is the colledge entrance examination. If the students want to attend the universities they like they have to get a good result in the big exam. It is a significent thing for most studtns and they should take study more seriously. But if the teacher is relaxed and humorious how can the students concentrate on study?

Taking all the factors above, we can safely arrive at the conclusion that teacher who is a serious and strict person more effective than a teacher is humor and easygoing person.

这个文题仔细推敲的话，其实有两个文题，一个是 这里的 strict 和 humor 是这个人本身的性格还是他对待教学的性格。
不管选择哪一个出发点，全文应该都是由统一的逻辑区论证。容易混淆了 本人是严格还是幽默 和 课堂风格或者教学风格的严谨和宽松。
