The world economy is developing at an unprecedented speed, and there are more people reaching a economic success which reasons might various. But what contribute most for their successful, their displayment of individuality, or the obeying of conformity? The author's reconmmendation might neglect the truely factor. From my point of view, the personal economic success--or the success in any other realms among the daily life-- lies in the basement of conformity while show out our individuality.

Individualits are the charactoristics that differ us from others, and everyone born to have his or her unique ones as a gift and right. They are our unique perspectives toward the same thing, and our decisions when we are facing choices. In the modern world, while economy becomes diversity, the pursuit for individuality provide the guarantees to fit in and win over in this diversification. In its turn, the fresh and powerful individuality added as a stimulation in to the development in economy and the whole society. We are familiar with Bill Gates' dropout from Harvard to engaged in the area where he can display his individuality and make a hit, and Sillicon Valley's soring imaginations by engineering staff and their progress and profits. Under the same concern, Pepsi might have mirrored Coca-cola's production and services mearuments, but a huge profit can never follow after the simply copying-- their unique flavor different with Coca-cola ensure their acceptness among costomers, and the costomers is enjoying this two kind of coca who both poccess their individualities.

Of course, behind those pursuit for individuality, there is conformity that controlling the ultilize and precision of personality. On one hand, they are our laws, regulations and moral standards.Obviously we can not let our behaviours go beyond that limitation and make harmfulness to others and society. Besides, they conclude the basic quality that one must equipped with-- no one can success in any field without hard working, the capability to analysis ensure us a foresight of future tendency. Others for example, the courage to take risks, the ability to cooperate with others, and so much more that cannot be illustrate simply. The respect of laws and morality, and those nesessary qualities are the basic soil we must stem from, and to let our individuality to bloom and fruitlize.

And a wide range pursuit of individuality do not equal to the tendency of becoming convergence, and individuality and conformity are not mutrually exclusive, on the contrary, they can not survive without the backstage of another. The one who have a chance to success in economic, and the human source really meet the need of the rapidly changing and pluralism business society must possess the ability concerning both individuality and conformity. What's more, not only the success in economic realm, other areas from scientific research to the political leading, from education to art, the case are all the same. Without conformity, individuality will nerver exsisting, and individuality is also merged in the range of conformity.

Judging from the analysis mentioned above, the display of individuality and the obey of conformity can not be separate with each other. It is not enough for just recognize the benefit of individuality, but to develop it in ourselves. And the fact is that in every aspect of life--not simply economic successfulness-- we need conformity as basic standards, and individuality as a key to progress.
