208"The way people look, dress, and act reveals their attitudes and interests. You can tell much about a society's ideas and values by observing the appearance and behavior of its people."
In our burgeoning world, it is increasingly considered that the way person look, dress, and behavior exposes their opinions and interests, furthermore, it is parallel to the society, that is we could tell the dominant ideologes of the community as a whole from its people`s appearance and conduct. I concede that the wearing and behaviors could reflect the attitudes and interests of a person, however, further consideration reveals that those infromation is could not reveal the society.Therefore, in accordance with my stance, I could not in favor of the viewpoint absolutely for the following reasons.


The first reason could be illustrate as the individual’s appearance and wearing , in accordence with one’s aestheic standard, personal interesting,carrar, are should be the reflection of one`s personality. With the development of our community, it is generalized that different persons has different styles to express themselves. As a matter of fact we could know about a new friend from his or her wearing and conducts.There is a case in point, it is common for manager to enlist new staff every year, do you remmeber that a significant programme that each young man should participate is the interview. In fact it goes without saying that the employer could elect the appropriate cadidates from the crowd through obeservating, comunicating and asking.Since a swift avenue to acqaint a stranger is to know about his or her outlook,viewpionts, interests, attitudes to a special focus.

The second aspect in support my opinion is country , being as a powerful political instutution regulating the people, sould be revealed by its social systems, laws, legislations, rather than the ideology of its people.Differenting from individual, the country is a especial unique institution that composed by several parts and should be revealed by assorted information. Early in Qing dynasty or Ming dynasty, the ideas proposed such as constructing the palace,or building great wall are advanced; the values advocated such as intruism and patriotism also be admired even
were compared to our`s in mordern time, neverthless,it is undeniable that thoes epoches are sure to inferior to nowadays. As a matter of fact, the crucial issue is our production and social system are more advaced than those.So the standard to evaluate the community is absolutely different from that to evaluate individual.

Admittedly, the action and the dress deem reveals the attitude and interests of the people in a large scale ,However, it is logically unreasonalbe that a country could
be revealed by the ideas and values of its folk. On the contraty, it is worthwhile to evaluate the country from other effective aspects such as political system, the human right, taxation and property redistribution and the ecologic balance.

In summary, since there are flaws lie in the argument, it is impertinency and irrational for arguer to maintain this viewpoint. Unless more evidences were presented, we could make further discusses.
