Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.

Whether education should be designed according to the specific needs and interests of individuals,as the speaker asserts?I share the idea with the speaker that an effective educational system should take into account the unique characters and intetests of each individual.Nevertheless,an educational system which pays too much attention on the distinctive aspects among students to the extent of ignoring the common aspects is also impractical, let alone to be an effective one.
As the old saying goes:"Interest is the best teacher."Children are absolutely willing and enthusiastic about learning, when they are supplied with sufficient opportunities to explore the unkown world awaiting them by their own ways ,regardless of whichever knowledge level and style they belong. One will go no further to seek an example than gifted individuals. There is often apparent gap between the abilities of those geniuses and their accomplishment due to the improper education imposed on them which might be adequate and helpfull to common individuals but far insufficient and even misleading to geniuses. To be specific,Albert Einstein as an significant scientist of last century who was undoubtedly viewed as an most gifted person, however ,often flunked in his rudimentary education and was derided by his peers and his teachers during his childhood, which partly accounted for his taciturn and introverted character. With respect to this aspect, the unique character and interets of each edividual should be taken into account in the implement of education.
Nevertheless, whether implementing the education only according to the specific needs and interests of individuals is feasible  is starving for all-compassing and pratical considerations. In my observation, given to the huge amount of students and the deficient education source, such educational pattern of desiging unique education for each student is too specific and concrete to implemented.Granted that this educational pattern is feasible, one must keep in mind that the primary purpose of normal education  is to supply talent and all-sided person with sound morality for society. And if we offer the unique education for each individuals according to one's specific characters and needs, there is no garantee that the ability of each one will be all-compassing and caters for the needs of society. And it is high likely that some aspects of them flaw ,which could even disable them to step into society. From my viewpoirt,we could maintain the balance by way of supplying students with compulsary courses which are indispensable for every student and optional courses which could be designed according to specific interests of each students .
Another problem deserving attention is that offering unique eduction for each student may aggravate some undesiable habits of students, such as self-centeredness,poor awareness of cooperation and so forth. When an education is centered to a child without any peer,it is inevitably result to their self-centered trend.Further more,in the absense of peers ,common knowledge and shared perspectives among them, the ability of communication and cooperation will absolutely weakened by this educational pattern.
To sum up,as the foregoing discussions, given to the indispensable of common knowledge and specific interests and needs of each student in educational system,it might be an effective way to retain the balance ,in which common konwledge and unique character of each individual are properly considered, by way of supplying students with compulsary courses containing common knowledge and optional courses designed according to specific interests of each individual.

Whether education should be designed according to the specific needs and interests of individuals, as the speaker asserts ?I share the idea with the speaker that an effective educational system should take into account the unique characters and interests of each individual. Nevertheless, an educational system which pays too much attention on the distinctive aspects among students to the extent of ignoring the common aspects is also impractical, let alone to be an effective one.

As the old saying goes: "Interest is the best teacher. "Children are absolutely willing and enthusiastic about learning, when they are supplied with sufficient opportunities to explore the unknown world awaiting them in their own ways ,regardless of whichever knowledge level and style they belong. One will go no further to seek an example than gifted individuals. There is often apparent gap between the abilities of those geniuses and their accomplishment due to the improper education imposed on them which might be adequate and helpful to common individuals but far insufficient and even misleading to geniuses. To be specific, Albert Einstein as an significant scientist of last century who was undoubtedly viewed as an most gifted person, however ,often flunked in his rudimentary education and was derided by his peers and his teachers during his childhood, which partly account for his taciturn and introverted character. With respect to this aspect, the unique character and interests of each individual should be taken into account in the implement of education.

Nevertheless, whether implementing the education only according to the specific needs and interests of individuals is feasible or not is starving for all-compassing and practical considerations. In my observation, given to the huge amount of students and the deficient education source, such educational pattern of designing unique education for each student is too specific and concrete to be implemented. Granted that this educational pattern is feasible, one must keep in mind that the primary purpose of normal education is to supply talent and all-sided person with sound morality for society. And if we offer the unique education for each educations according to their specific characters and needs, there is no guarantee that the ability of each one will be all-compassing and caters for the needs of society. And it is high likely that some aspects of them are not sound ,which could even disable them to step into society. In addition, this educational pattern might give birth to another problem of significant decrease of common knowledge and shared perspectives among students, which might hinder the communication among them. From this point, those common knowledge and shared perspective which is indispensable to enable individuals to successfully step into society should also be taken into account when designing education.

To sum up, as the foregoing discussions, given to the indispensable of common knowledge and specific interests and needs of each student in educational system ,it might be an effective way to retain the balance ,in which common knowledge and unique character of each individual are properly considered, by way of supplying students with compulsory courses containing common knowledge and optional courses designed according to specific interests of each individual.

我是按照你昨天那个拷贝回去改的。你参考一下吧

Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.

Whether education should be designed according to the specific needs and interests of individuals, as the speaker asserts? I share the idea with the speaker that an effective educational system should take into account the unique characters and intetests of each individual. Nevertheless, an educational system which pays too much attention on the distinctive aspects among students to the extent of ignoring the common aspects is also impractical, let alone to be an effective one.

As the old saying goes:"Interest is the best teacher." Children are absolutely willing be willing to??)and enthusiastic about learning, when they are supplied with sufficient opportunities to explore the unkown world awaiting them by their own ways , regardless of whichever knowledge level and style they belongbelong to. One will go no further to seek an example than gifted individuals.gift和有兴趣还不太一样) There is often anapparent gap between the abilities of those geniuses and their accomplishment due to the improper education imposed on them which might be adequate and helpfull to common individuals but far insufficient and even misleading to geniuses. To be specific, Albert Einstein as an significant scientist of last century who was undoubtedly viewed as an most gifted person, however ,often flunked in his rudimentary education and was derided by his peers and his teachers during his childhood, which partly accounted for his taciturn and introverted character. With respect to this aspect, the unique character and interets of each edividual should be taken into account in the implement of education.

Nevertheless, whether implementing the education only according to the specific needs and interests of individuals is feasible  is (这里两个is ?)starving for all-compassing and pratical considerations. In my observation, given to the huge amount of students and the deficient education source, such educational pattern of desiging unique education for each student is too specific and concrete to implemented. Granted that this educational pattern is feasible, one must keep in mind that the primary purpose of normal education  is to supply talent and all-sided person with sound morality for society. And if we offer the unique education for each individuals according to one's specific characters and needs, there is no garantee that the ability of each one will be all-compassing and caters for the needs of society. And it is high likely that some aspects of them flaw ,which could even disable them to step into society. From my viewpoirt, we couldshould
maintain the balance by way of supplying students with compulsary courses which are indispensable for every student and optional courses which could be designed according to specific interests of each students .

Another problem deserving attention is that offering unique eduction for each student may aggravate some undesiable habits of students, such as self-centeredness, poor awareness of cooperation and so forth. When an education is centered to a child without any peer, it is inevitably result to their self-centered trend. (这句话有语病)Further more, in the absense of peers ,common knowledge and shared perspectives among them, the ability of communication and cooperation will absolutely beweakened by this educational pattern.
To sum up, as the foregoing discussions, given to the indispensable of common knowledge and specific interests and needs of each student in educational system, it might be an effective way to retain the balance ,in which common konwledge and unique character of each individual are properly considered, by way of
(换个词前面用了,免得重复用 via也行)supplying students with compulsary courses containing common knowledge and optional courses designed according to specific interests of each individual.

内容结构都不错,尤其第三段比较开阔我的思路。 但是语法需要规范一下。
