Key to solve the problem of the society is a powerful and instructive law system along with the profound moral discipline.
With the ever-accelerated peace of civilization and modernization, there are approximate mature law systems in many countries.  Many social problems ameliorated   to a large extent owning to the legal system. Take the once very serious  racial discrimination issue for an instance, the situation didn’t get  obviously  better until  many laws against racial discrimination such as <Immigration Reform Act > and <fair housing law > were released after 1960’s . Many other criminal activity decreases as the law have been set to punish  these behaviors. In a word, the law set rules for human in the society to follow about what shall people do and what mustn’t, that’s duty and crime. If people all obey the laws, then crime will hardly exist any longer.
   However, the law is not an all-rounder. It can only handle those in its scope but not those hard to  legislated such as the moral behavior. When it comes to those calling people to judge and do according to their moral value, law can merely help with it. For example, there’re seldom laws about how to protect the interests of the Good Samaritan, thus some problems have come into the focus of public when people injured for  helping  those in danger but have no way to get finical aid   for curing. Under such circumstances, the moral discipline will play a more important rule to justify what people shall do and shall not. It is read in the news that a university student gave out his young life to save a drowning girl, but her parents never show up to say thanks. Most citizens are skeptical about the girl’s parents and after all the parents cannot stand the moral pressure and   express  thanks to the kind-hearted boy and offer some finical help  to his parents. Albert less powerful and forceful, the moral discipline effects in a border area  to solve the social problem.  Many less educated people may be not familiar with the law, but before making a decision, they will consider the moral discipline unconsciously.
Considering all the cases, it’s wise to believe that solving the social problems cannot depend totally on powerful laws, but require an instructive law system along with the profound moral discipline. For one thing, instructive law system can direct the moral discipline toward harmonious and beneficial direction to the society. For another, with the moral discipline coordinate to the law, people will obey the law better and raise less social problem. According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, people tend to search for social acceptance. To obey the moral discipline is one essential way of gaining social acceptance. Moral discipline will make up for what the law cannot legislated  and keep the society in order together with the law.

分析下题目我觉得讲得是法律能否约束道德行为的问题。整体来说我感觉你写的有点跑题。
