Since the beginning of the First Industrial Revolution, technologies have reorganized our society several times  ,and so are people's life styles, behavior patterns and way of thinking. As technologies are still advancing, it is hard to tell what changes they will arouse, especially in social customs and ethics.

Technologies have a great influence on social customs and ethics. Since the whole social structures and people's way of life could be changed by technologies, all social customs and ethics must find themselves a place to fit in by changing themselves, or vanish, if they couldn't.  For example, since cell phones became popuarized within Chinese people, old custom of celebrating their new year by visiting their friends and relatives has been changed into doing so by making telephone calls and sending text messages. Another example is that  attitude among Chinese people towards computer games have been  changed. At first computer games are seen as electronical heroine but when technologies revealed their capabilities and social influence, people started to regard it as a normal form of entertainments just as TV and music.Also, it is the advancement of technologies that warned people of the importance of environmental protection, which is now both a custom and  an ethical guideline.  Technologies never cease to reform our customs and ethics.

However, we shouldn't went too far by claiming social customs and ethics are actually determined by technologies.

Although forms of social customs and ethics are different, they are still based on same principles. Those principles are based on the nature of humanity and society which will not be altered by technologies.Laws written thousands of years ago told people not to kill or steal could still serve as the baseline of our ethics, which means that those principes never change with technology advancements. What's more , those ethics and customs enabled by technologies , such as environmental protection, are also based on the same principles. In the end, humanity remains the same, and so will the foundation of all social customs and ethics.

Another factor people tend to neglect is that the allowance of using technologies are part of social customs and echics themselves, and so are the changes technologies brought about. Not all civilization and group of people agree with modern technologies. For example, no more than 200 years ago Chinese people officially reject almost all uses of technologies because they consider them as arts of demons. Technologies ,especially modern technologies with systematic knowledge of our world and ourselves as basis, came into existence far later than the first appearance of social customs and ethics which could trace back to barbarian hordes, and are constrained by them since the very beginning, thus impossible to be the determinant of  social customs and ethics.

To sum up, although technologies do change social customs and ethics, their capabilities are limited. They can't change humanity, nor can they reshape our customs and ethics as they inherently require, instead they are bounded by social customs and ethics. And in my opinion, it is imperative to keep it this way , which will ensure that technologies won't become a threat to our own existence.

整体逻辑我觉得比较清楚，立场也明确，限时写出这样的文章的确不错了。
论据方面希望关于人的本性决定风俗习惯这部分更加丰富一点，这样我觉得和你结论的侧重点更加一致一些。
最后我不是特别清楚对于电脑的看法是不是典型的风俗习惯呵呵。
