Do you agree or disagree with the following statement:
Students who can keep their own rooms organized are more likely to succeed. (Education)
We always judge people from some specific trivial things. Some people think students whose rooms are well-organized are more like to succeed, while some people do not agree. Personally, I think, excluding some particular genius, to the overall general students, students with their room carefully organized are better prepared to be successful.
These students who organized their rooms very well may prepare a good sense of management. As we know, there are a lot of stuffs in a student’s room, such as toys, clothes, and books. They categorize their clothes and books in order, which facilitates them to find what they want easily. Considering this sense of arrangement on their clothes and books, we can't deny that they may have a potentially much stronger ability to survive in a department of management.
These students also reveal a sense of earnest and strict. They seriously demand themselves not to be slipshod all the things, even it is their own room. They don't allow any part to be confusing, they distinguish biology books and chemical books very well, even though there are some correlations between them. What's more, they don't even give any permission to the dirty and dust, which means that they are strict to themselves, allowing no spots and disorder in their room. For that matter, I believe they absolutely are careful with the errors in their studies and work, just like how they treat the dusts and disorder.
One might argue that some people, such as the famous mathematician Euler, has a very massy room with disordered books and materials, but his success was undisputable. Yet, I might say, these great people are born to be genius, they cannot represent the general people, hence they don't need to practice their sense of organization. In addition, perhaps, if they organize well, increasing their efficiency on daily lives, they might gain huger success.
Fundamentally, to general students, a well ordered room managed by themselves can contribute a sense of macro control and self constraint to their personality, which are very crucial for them to be a successful figure in the society.

In this lecture, the professor talks about the new policy of the company suggesting that the new policy of switching a five-day work to four-day work, where four-day work workers obtain 80 percent salary of the 5-day worker's. He says that the the consequence policy might go on a contrary way to the expectation of the policy.
In the first place, the new policy may cut down the profits of the company. Hiring employee is costly. The company has to spend money on the new workers' training, new office place, and their medical benefits, what's more, the money are the same regardless of whether the worker is a four-day worker or five-day worker. These cost talked above, may undoubtedly increase the cost of the company, thus reduce the profit. This directly in the opposite direction as the reading passage expected.
In the second place, the policy may not create new jobs. Since the cost of hiring a new work is very high, the company may demand those four-day workers to do the same work they are supposed to do in five days. Therefore, the number of the workers is the same, but the work is even more unpleasant. This shows another contradictory opinion to the reading passage.
In the third place, this new policy may decrease the workers quality of life. The new policy would aggravate the job instability and lose a lot of advantage the five-day workers have. The four-day workers are more easily to be fired, and more difficult to get advancement and promotion to the manager, as managers are supposed to work long to ensure a consistent supervision on all of the workers. In this case, the point in the reading passage that four-day workers will have improvements in their quality of life seems to be seriously attacked.
