Do you agree or disagree with the followingstatement? Young people should try several different jobs before they take along term career.


When and how to commerce a career is a specific matter in accordancewith the individual situation. Some people obtain a standpoint that being stable and earning reasonable salary is the priority in job chasing. The opponents, nevertheless, endorse a statement that the young people shouldexperience various kinds of jobs before maintain a clear idea about what is ourideal job. I am no exception of favoring the later viewpoint.

the reasons of supporting my notion is derived from two aspects, whichis the self realization of the career potential and the self-development on work skills.

According to a latest survey, a fact have been revealed that approximate 80 percentage graduates have not gain a career schedule and have a vague sense of what kinds of work they prefer. As a result, there is a necessity on experience different jobs before they finally find the ideal job where they can maximally improve the working skills and utilize their potential. With a perfect self awareness, the young people could realize the shortcomings and the metrics of themselves.

Another equal significant reason is that after trying distinct realms of job, abundant working experiences would contribute to the future career promotion. Being the employee in different places, the young people will contact with people from various social status and working fields. In the way,undoubtedly, ample knowledge on the skill of cooperation and interpersonal would be learnt and the human resources the young employee established on the commencement of career would benefit their work in the future. On the other hand, more working skills, more easy to adapt the speedy shifting society. That's to say, there is more opportunities to apply a job in the condition that people are out ofemployment because they maintain various working qualities. Therefore, the employment promotion organization demonstrated that more and more young employees determine to participate some night training courses to catch up with the requirement of the labor market.

for the sake of lighting up the dream of career and achieving the peak of what the young people favor to devote ourselves, a great amount of obstacles are waiting to overcome. However, experiencing different jobs is a crucial avenue to overcome all the challenges the youngster confronted and attach the destination of their career.

8# Annne The craze of learning the foreign language and culture has lasted for a long time nowadaysnowadays是现在还怎么for a long time啊 ?, especially the enthusiasm of learning English. Therefore, there is a universal discuss about which way is the best to access to the foreign cultureculture和language还不是一回事吧？可以说学好外语对文化的了解是必不可少的，从而引出文化的话题. Some people assert that reading newspapers and magazines is the most effectiveway/method/..... to learn about a foreign country, because they endorse that the information and the language expression reflect the daily live of the foreign country. Nevertheless, I argue that, the advantages of watching the foreign TV programs or movies and living abroad overweight the outstanding points of reading newspapers and magazines.

The TV programs and movie is a audio materials 这句话说的。。。而且，他们也不是audio啊，改成vivid或者之类的materials吧~which isare more accessible and interesting to the audiences. Through the screen, we can have a real sense of the daily activities and the characteristics of the citizens in the foreign country. With the development of the story and the moving of the scenery, it seems that the audience who is sitting in front of the screen becomingbecomes？ a participant of the foreigner's daily livelife？, which newspapers and magazines can not be compared with. American government is an example to take good advantage of merits of the TV programs and movies. They provided not only politic but also financial support to encourage the export of movies in order to abstract the world to know about America and accept the basic spirit of the USA.。。。这句有点跑题了吧，文章要说哪个方法好，而且主体是人们，而不是说美国政府做了什么，对主题的影响不大。

In my opinions, the best avenue这个单词更多的是指具体的路吧，倒是也有途径的意思。。。我不敢说~ to pursue the flower of the foreign culture is living abroad and communicating with the natives frequently. In this way, a first hand knowledge不可数 and experiences is the direct materials to learn the foreign culture. For instance, if one person is in fundfond of the cuisine culture of France, the best way is to participate a typical French meal and realize their culture and attitudes toward foot 额，我没太明白。。。form the behaviors of the native French.

However, reading newspaper and magazine, in essence, can not be neglected when we learn about a foreign culture. Especially, it's a really significant way to learn a foreign language. By accumulating abundant input materials, people can gain a dramatically应该是形容词 improvement on the skills of output.

In brief, a conclusion can be safely drawn that there are numerous ways to learn a foreign culture. Watching TV programs and movies and living in the foreign country are two most outstanding ways after comparing the merits of reading newspaper and magazines.

Do you agree or disagree withthe following statement? A job with more vacation time but a low salary isbetter than a job with a high salary but less vacation time.

Nowadays, most of employeesregard the salary as the priority in their work. They extend the working timeto earn more money instead of maintaining the vacation to relax themselves. However,as for me, I do endorse that a job with more vacation time is quite significant（significant中文意思虽说是“重要”，但用在这儿感觉不太合适，其中“重大、显著”的意思好像更多一些）even a few salary would be earned.

The reasons of the essence ofvacation are derived from two aspects: the consideration of health and thediversity of life experiences.

Working overtime without anybreaks will lead to an unhealthy body condition. For the sake of earning moremoney, many employees determine to devote the leisure time to work withoutconsiderating weather （whether）ourbody can carry out the overwhelmed burden or not. According to a healthcenter's research, the employees, aged around 25 to 40, occupy more proportionof the cancer （加个patients是不是好点？不然成了“中年人组成了癌症的大部分”）thanten years ago because of the increasing labor dense and pressure of the work. Everyoneshould obtain a clear thought that the value of health overweighs the possessionwe gained. If we are exhausted, just give us a vacation and release the stress.I believe that the refreshment also be beneficial for our working efficiency.

As a famous saying goes: allwork and no play made Jack a dull boy. Undoubtedly, more works, lessdiversities of our life. If most of time is utilized for work and earningmoney, how can we experience the abundant world, how can we gain the vocationto travel around the world, how can we remain a break to hang out with our dearfriends, and how can we have leisure time to watching a brilliant movie or dosome sport activities? To be a working machine is totally a tragedy of our lifebecause we discard numerous approaches to the happiness in the daily life.

Wealth is not the only standerof success. To live a healthy and colorful life is a great achievement as well.If we choose to give up a high salary but busy job, a more wonderful drama willbe performed on our life stage.
