Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? A job with more vacation time but a low salary is better than a job with a high salary but less vacation time.

As a member of our society, all of us have inevitable social responsibility to take. We should be able to afford the necessities of life, such as a modest home, enough food to nourish us and keep us in good health, as well as education for our children. Through my studies and hard work I believe that I will able to find a job that will provide my future family and me with financial security. Hopefully, I can find myself in the fortunate situation where I can decide between a high-pay job with less vacation time and a lower-paying job with more vacation time. I would choose the job with lower salary and more spare time, because my family and friends are the most important things in my life.
Time is the greatest investment I can make into the relationship with my wife and my children. A marriage is not just a decision one makes but a promise that one keeps. In order to do so one has to be there for the other person and enjoy the happy time as well as difficult time. Nowadays, there are so many relationships withering away as the partners are unable to spend enough time working out their problems. Personal career become too important to enjoy life with family.
The absence of one parent, because of career or divorce, will have a very negative impact on a child’ development. The child might have some questions about the value of father or mother and develop low self-esteem. Without the presence of a parent or both parents, the child will be more possible to make wrong decisions as he is lacking right guidance. The child needs a whole love from her or his father and mother. Either of them can not be absent.
Lastly, I can get more pleasure from spending time with my friends than I have million dollars in the bank. The inner peace and balance that I enjoy from their company are invaluable to me.
As mentioned above, I really think a job with more vacation time but a low salary is better than a job with a high salary but less vacation time. But there is premise that I have to make enough money to support our family first.
