No one can deny that teachers play an essential role in the process of socialization,especially on the formation and development of values, during one’s whole life. Hence an argument was raised by someone that is whether teachers should show their social or political views in the classroom. As far as I am concerned, it is better for us to ponder this question under different circumstanses, involving the types of school and the tone and attitude a teacher claiming his or her opinions.

Aparting from passing on the knowledge, the scientific and art; another task, as for me it is the most important part of education, an excellent teacher has to do is to enlighten students to find their own belief to live their life. However, just like there is no same leaves in the world, every student is unique, the basic rule of a teacher expressing idea is not to force a student to choose his or her belief. Considering the fatal status of the fundamental principle and the theory of developing psychology, a child is more easily affected by the authorities, I maintain that teachers has better provide various possibilities of the values to their students, rather than show their own attitude toward society in the classroom of the primary school. On the other hand, with the development of one’s physical and mental, it is mature enough for a student in high school or university to judge others’ opinion, teachers could give their views, futhermore,they can have a deep discussion with students if they stand different points.

In order to guarantee the principle mentioned before, we have to take the performance a teacher puting their ideas into account as discussing this question. Since teachers possess more resources in school, they are in the dominant state by comparing with students, the opinions of teachers will be easily welcomed and believed. Imagine a scenary that a teacher expressing an idea with a strong tone like ordering students, there will be two extremely different results, the one is the students will totally advocate their teacher, the other one is the absolutely opposite effects. Neither of this will be benefial to the growth of a person. Therefore, no matter what kind of students sitting in the classroom, using proper words and body language will be good for a teacher conveying his or her ideas.

Teachers are called as the engineer charging the soul of human beings, and the preference toward what is an ideal society and how to make the policies has an enormous but maybe invisible influence on everyone and everywhere, they have huge responsibilities to encourage their students to think about this question. However, it still has to think over the diversity of students and the attitude a teacher confronted students.

09.03.29 do you agree or disagree, students will not use printed books anymore.

If the industry revolution brings a thorough change in the way human beings making products, then the invention of the internet and computer, as well as the following hardwares which support the function to surf the internet, has alternatined the path one gain knowledge and other information.Some even claim the printed books will disapper among students.How exaggerate it is! As far as I am concerned, even if printed books may have large amont of deficiencies in modern society, it still will not be absoloutely replaced by others.

Considering some faults exsisted in printed books, such as the consuming of wood and other precious resources, the inevitable decay; in addition to the invention of both the software and hardware makes it possible for people to read ebooks, it is reasonable in the high-tech times to promote the using of other forms of books.Futhermore,I believe it will be the tendency in the very soon future.Nevertheless, stagerring merits in other forms of books have, we also have to admit that there are not enormous but specific traits of printed books which could not substituted by others.

First and foremost, it is apprant for the printed books to spread more accessible in some developing countries. As we all know, the precondition realizing the convenience of ebooks is the necessary equipments. In the undeveloped areas, such as the western part of China and other countries in Asia, people lived there may have problems in sustaining the basis needs of life, not mention the services of internet and computer. Someone maybe argue that the government should assist the construction of such facilities, but the cost will be huge and it is unappropriate to do this under the starvelling condition.While the printed books purchased by government only cost fraction of building the internet and it can conpensate the shortage so that students and other citizens there still have the right of reading.

Another beauty of reading printed books which does not exist in other books is the cosy as one smelling and touching the papers. Living in modern society, the workers are anxious of their positions in corporates, the students over burdened by the tough assignments of school. A good way to release the distress for me is to read books in a corner of library. Holding a book with both hands, tasting a Dianhong, a kind of tea produced in Yunnan province in China, enjoying the sunshine and thinking followed by the author will lead me a peaceful and meaningful life.How can we imagine that staring on a screen of laptop or cell phone could have the same benefits of this? Reading a printed book not only enlighten us, but also as an indispensible part of someone’s life, which would not be deprived.

We embrace various of books emerging in our life, still I strongly believe it could not subsitute the traditional ways of reading as its unique worth. The printed books will keep the attraction to students and others no matter how advanced technology is
