二：公仆在很大程度上代表一个地区的形象，因此，他们要有良好道德修养

1:比如州长，市长都得代表整个州或县有外面交流

2：一些特大的活动也得他们出面，很有可能被媒体记录
三：公仆就是服务于群众的，起着榜样的作用，

1:公仆是大家通过投票选得,能成为公仆就有自己的长处，能得到我们的信任

2：他的行为是受大家监督的，言行对他们很重要

3：群众是基础，道德素质好有利于他们工作。
四:如果公仆道德素质好,能影响周边地区或国家的精神风貌

      As we talk about ethical and moral standards, most of us would hope everyone around you can present the positive facet in their heart. that because moral correctness can bring about a wholesome spirit appearence surround one’s life. When we talk about this kind of thing in officers, there is no doubt we don not think by the above way to judge them. Moral is really essential to their work and occurrence.

A public officer represent the region governed in a deep degree, so morality is vital for them. To be officers is not a relax thing, document, occurrence, visiting and meeting are all their daily work. Many people live with each other, so staffs happened and every time and everywhere, and the future and promising development are also their dealings. We can not totally depend on ourself. no matter from politic to economy, communicating with outside is indispensible. meeting or visiting become the come thing to them. If which contain important affairs, these would appeal the medium and show on the TV, at this time, officers are not just themselves, they represent their public or areas, obviously, we can not make any mistaken in our morals. If so like Watergate Scandal，Nixon have affairs with his assistant, bring a huge effect in American politics, Nixon himself also lose a lot in this and have to leave his president position even though he really make a great contribution to country.

To be a officer is to contribute themselves to public, what they do and what do act can be example to us. When the electing period, we through the voting way to choose the best to be the officers, why we choose him and give up others, for he has positive way that we appreciate, we believe he can make succeed in something, we hold they definitely have the ability to let us living in a better circumference. See a person, first we should see his or her personality, we can not see deeply on everyone, so when you feel some one appeal you before a long contacting, his exterior act will not have the flaw, moral people have advantage at this time. We can not stay in the exterior, intrinsic spirit is more important. But the intrinsic is based on the daily good morals. While officers act is also supervise by public, no one want lose face in public, and if you really do something for us , we would grateful to obey the rules that officers say and may help their work.

Moral correctness can purify a person spirit, which can affect many people. At the beginning of American independence, the first president George Washington at the ending of his position career. Most people hope he can still be the president, but he give up, he don not want invoke a negative effect at this thing. What a really great president, devoting his most time to this country and quietly leave. Because of this, so there is a legal about this, and his legend also be respected and affect the next generation all the time. Assuming that all of us can obtain this high moral spirit so our daily life will be more peaceful .

LZ一直在强调公仆需要有道德，但是本文需要论证的是卓越高效的公仆是不应该保持最高的道德标准。与LZ所言有一定差距。所以希望LZ能在立意方面再多考虑考虑。
