Is relate well to other people more important than studying hard at school?

Nowadays, with the population rapidly increased, the press of employment is heavier than before. It is also a concerning problem for student. Someone said studying hard at school is more important than relate well to other people. In my opinion, however, relate well to other people is more important.

First and foremost, relating well to other people is good for improvement of your capability for work. We live in a complicated society constituted by many kinds of people. Whatever the work you will do, you will have connect with other people. Sometimes if you can relate well to others maybe you will have a short cut to success. For instance, there is a last interview for a good job, only five people left and apart into this interview. The interviewee preformed as a person very difficult to relate with. He gave interviewer a huge pressure by asking a lot of embarrassing questions. The winner is a student who relate well to other people in school and he can deal with this embarrassing situation. Maybe he is not the best student with a high GPA, but he has a strong capability to relate well to other people. It is also will good for his career life.

Moreover, relating well to other people will bring a friendly atmosphere and nice mood to be bent on study hard. When I was high school I quarreled with one of my classmate, and she colluded with other students to isolate me. In that rough time I could not pay my attention on study. And then I changed school and pay more attention about relate well to others, and now I have a lot of friends and we study together in library or do some sport. I feel happy and more actively deal with some puzzle and difficult problems.

In a word, relate well to other people is more important than studying hard at school. Because it is a short cut to success, and it will bring a friendly environment and more positively to face difficult.
