Do you agree or disagree that the best way to improve the quality of education is to increase teachers' salaries#




With the arrival of the new era , the essential of education has come to the spotlight and whether we should enhance the quality of education through improving teachers’ salaries become a prevelant topic in the Internet . From my prospective , I am inclined to the opinion that the quality of education has few associsions with teachers’ salsries .And my reasons can be listed as follows .

First of all , the enhance of the education needs more attention from the government and more investment from the society . There is no doubt that without advanced facilities ,it is difficult to improve the quality of schools and of course the quality of education cannot be increased . Taken my high school as an example , it has a real large portion of advanced facilities and provides a perfect environment for our study , for it has got qualities of investments from the government and a local companies . Accordingly , we should focus on the investment to schools to improve the quality of education .


Besides , the basis of the improvement of education relys on students . When they are young , they may need some help from their parents and techers . But as they grow up , they should know how to discipline themselves and own their spectific ideas , which means that teachers are just assistants in their study . According to a recent survey , quite a few children have pleasant associsions with their teachers and they argue that sometimes punishment from teachers may lead to a worse situation .Hence , how to nurish students’ self-taught and independent ability tend to be more crucial to the quality of education .

Admittedly , increasing teachers’ salaries can stimulate teachers to work hard . However , never can we ignore the significance of students . With good facilities and positive students ,the quality of education can be improved readily .
