有些人觉得他们可以靠自己或家人的帮助，解决important problems ，因此人们不需要政府的帮助。



Every day people confront various difficulties, which are all dealt with depending on themselves or the aids from families .People cannot realize the existence(effects is better) of government ,so they hold perspective that people do not need help from the government, while in my opinion the assistance of government exist everywhere. Without the help of the government people cannot live a peaceful life.

The vital responsibility of the government is to ensure the society stable which can run smoothly (healthily) .The government makes laws and rules for every vocation which is a way to make society run normally .It is the obligation of the government to provide a stable ,safe and sequential community to all his civilians which is so oridinary for people who live in that they forget where the security comes from. Without the help of government to protect the society people may live in the environment that robbery often happens and criminals commit illegal activities in the street(有政府的帮助，还是有抢劫和犯罪，所以不是很有力的论据) .In this circumstance people cannot live a normal life not mentioning that they can solve the problems that they have been struck in.

Furthermore government offer the based foundation of the whole society such as the public transportation (transmission) ,public hospitals and universities and so forth. Everyday people use the subway to go to work ,buy vegetables from market ,drink water ,and use the electricity to cook which are provided by government .Government’s help has melt in people’s daily life. Without those service and help people can do nothing .Merely on the base of those service and help from (form) government , people can cope with the problems that they have to be faced with.

In addition to offering the basic service to his people the government can also help people out of the trouble which is overtopping the capabilities for ordinary persons .For instance ,when people are travelling abroad ,they encounter the disturbance ,and are robbed ,loss the IDs , passports and money. It is beyond people’s abilities to search the thieves. Under the condition they not only need ask for help from the local police but also they should seek (search) protection from the embassy of their country. Before the situation become stable ,they need the assistance from the embassy .

Although it seems that without government’s aids people can also handle any problem ,virtually the assistance that the government provides have engaged deeply in life .Without them people cannot even move forward for one step(这句话我觉得有点言重了，呵呵) .
