前几天email给ETS，询问给ETS－TOEFL和GRE发传真允许的时间，并请ETS推荐容易传真过去的时间。ETS回复如下：


ETS-TOEFL：

The published TOEFL fax number (1-609-771-7500) is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you have not yet been successful in faxing your score report request, we suggest that you try your request again at another time of day, such as the early morning or late evening.


ETS-GRE：

Our fax system is working properly, 24 hours, seven days a week, however it is extremely busy.  You can try during our off peak hours of 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. eastern time or you can try some of our other methods of sending additional score reports.
