扒下来 改改~~
Will the education be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to satisfy the individual needs and interests of each student, as the speaker claims? I take leave to doubt. Although I concede that sometimes it is effective to provide specifically designed education, yet the effectiveness of education is not merely demonstrated in the knowledge they master but the ability they have.
First of all, it is true that specifically designed education could be effective to culture talent students. For instance, Mozart, one of the greatest musicians, showed a special interest and talent in music. If it were not his father who found his interest in music and(and去掉, who引导的是从句 invite的主语是father ?) invite the best teacher to teach him, his extraordinary genius in music might be buried by general education and we could not have the opportunity to enjoy the charming notes(enjoy notes? 不确定) in his works. What a pity!
However, it is entirely impossible for all the students to truly understand what they want or what they like. We could ask ourselves how often we have changed our dreams from our childhood to today(from. to..别扭). It seems to me at least, six times in totally different field, such as being a painter, pianist, and banker. Obviously, there are so many whims in children’s head that (so,) it is hard to satisfy whatever they want. Therefore, providing specifically designed education may finally lead to cover their true interests or even culture(该换cultivate 了) a student without any firm basis of knowledge in any field, because of the frequent changes.
What is an effective education, from my point of view, is to endow students with the ability of adaptability and lifelong learning. Since the students are unable to realize what they really want, educators should provide them with the capacity to learn and a plat from which they could better find their ‘true love’(自己的词要加以说明). To achieve this goal, education should offer both compulsory courses and supplementary courses: Compulsory courses such as math and literature, training many thinking skills, are the cornerstones of pursuing what students like in the future, while the supplementary courses such as art and music, help students to find out what they are truly interested in. Moreover, in today's society, no longer can the student who is steeped high in mastering knowledge of a certain field be useful, rather the ones who have all kinds of social ability(我能力范围之外 如果这句你确认没错的话告诉我一声): such as cooperation, analysis, leadership, responsibility sense. All this(these) cannot be achieved in specifically designed education. To put it simply, education is the issue not only concerning committing knowledge, but also concerning render various capacities.
In conclusion, it is true that specifically designed education could help some people well develop their interests, but not all the students could find their ‘true love’ correctly and early. (early and correctly要更符合递进关系)Furthermore, to transmit knowledge is secondary to equip students with various abilities apt to individual development and social needs. And in my view, this is the standard to justify whether education is effective.
加油加油~~:handshake:victory:
