Technology, as the Law of Nature described in the Bible, is pursued by human beings from the paleolithic age to the third industrial revolution and plays a essential role in the moving forward of humanity. Admittedly, by virtue of its characteristic just like a double-edged sword, unavoidably, many problems brought forth together with its development. Nevertheless, these unexpected outcomes are not simply stemmed from the technology itself but mainly caused by the people’s abusing without moderation and regulation.

To begin with, it's technology that benefits the whole human beings and at the same time it inevitably might bring about some problems as well. With all-round technology, the quality of live is largely enhanced. For instance, the emergence and implement of medical science and pharmaceutical technology make it possible that diseases can effectively be cured by antibiotic before the appearance of which people suffered from even simple diseases might have nothing to do but wait for death. From this illustration above and one's daily experience when he/she is in poor health condition, technology prolongs the human's life and satisfies the people's physiological needs. Besides, the development of communication technology make the earth smaller by offered people satellite communication, and the Internet that can accelerate the spread of information so that people can get more comprehensive understanding of the world to satisfy their mental needs. Unavoidably, however, with the application of technology, the natural environment in some degree is suffered from demolishing, such as pollution of air, soiling the rivers, and ruin of forests. But this unfortunate condition cannot be simply attributed to the technology which is unconscious.

In addition, technology is merely a kind of tool created by human beings, as a result and, it cannot make any decisions of how to use or exerts in which realms spontaneously. However the creators, humanity, have the absolute ability to discover the law of nature so that develop technology for any application under their inclinations and passions. So when problems are roused and will threaten or damage the quality of life, it's not technology that inflames these difficulties but the humanity itself. People should look no further than the atomic technology discovered and developed by Albert Einstein. His great contribution make the nuclear power station possible, by which lots of countries endured the shortage of power and other natural resources to generate power embrace rapid industrial development and the satisfaction of people's quotidian power needs. While people in the country with nuclear power stations enjoy their convenience of the atomic technology, the offsprings of people in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the sufferer of the nuclear bomb during World War II, now are in the marsh of deformity and abnormality, as well as the permanent damage to the local ecosystem. The same technology, but with opposite application, exerts opponent aftermaths. From this example, it's convinced that it's people who abuse technology that should have been applied in positive ways who are making problems and should be responsible for damage of the quality and even the survival of humanity.

Put another way, applied technology with moderation and regulation for positive purpose is the sole way to benefit from technology. With the rapid development of the technology, it is not a simple tool for catching animal or making clothes any more, and as a result, it now penetrates in almost all dimensions of people's life. So regulation and contemporaneous legislation are of great indispensability. For instance, the European Union countries have made certain laws to restrict the use of GM (Genetically Modified) seed, food and products. In the statute law, any GM products sold on the European market must be clear labelled. By virtue of that, biotech for genetical modification must be restrained in legal boundary and ensures the absolute security and health of human. So regulation not only restricts the technology in the positive application but also make the new technical products more acceptable.

In final analysis, nowadays, technology undeniably plays the most significant role in people's quotidian life and is the source power for the progress of humanity and society. Although the abusing of technology in some degree make the world disorder and threaten the quality of people's life, the technology itself is innocent and it cannot be the scapegoat of human being. With regulation and synchronous progress of the moral standard of the humanity, technology can be effectively applied in improving our life and accelerate the advancing of the whole society.
