I fundamentally agree that the education will be truly effective when it is designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. But it is just a dream that hard to become true in the modern society. As a matter of factor, the goal of current education system is to meet the needs of society rather than the individual.

Just as one famous people said that the interest is the best teacher. That is to say, people will study more effective and get much progress on what they are interested. For one thing, because people always have more enthusiasm on what they really interested in, which will make him or her conquer much or more difficulties during the study or research period. People can insist on what they favorite though they will meet large blocks. For another, people always speculate on what they interested on their own initiative instead of accepted knowledge passively, which will promote and explode their ability and potential on the field or correlative realms. A recent study shows that 89 percentages people have more easily to get inspiration in their interested study than in the other ordinary study. Such example is countless in every field, in science, in art and in political realm.

Though it is a so wonderful thing to design the education to meet the individual needs and interests, it is like a too beautiful dream to come into true through the traditional education system. Nowadays, the main purpose of the education is cultivating young people to a skillful or professional people who can contribute to the development of society. In some sense, the education system is designed to meet the society needs, rather than meeting individual need or developing their interests

The young is the future of a country, especially in the technological and scientific high-speed development society. Most countries have realized it and pay more attention on the education of young. The goal of education is making sure most of young can receive the normal basic education for the necessary of the future. So the government regulates and limits the compulsory course, such as the literature, the math, the history, etc, all students must study these courses in the school whether they like it or not. Because the experience tells us that most of students are too young to find what is they really need or interested, they need the teachers or adults to help them to finish it.

However, the current education system that is designed to meet the society needs does not ignore the individual needs or interested absolutely. Many university, ever in high-school, set up and add various elective courses besides the compulsory course, such as the painting, the sculpture, the swimming, the tennis, etc., in order to cultivate student's interested or stimulate their potential. With the diversiform courses, it is possible for students to meet their needs and interests and get a whole development when they are young. Not only the formal school, but also some social institutions provides the professional trainings, for instance, the cooking, the computer, the repairing, which will largely meet different requests from different people. That is to say, the society provides other methods to meet the individual’s needs and interests.

To sum up, the education will be effective when it meets the individual needs and interests, but the main goal of the current education is meeting the social needs. At the same time, the society and formal education system needs keep a balance between the individual interests and the social needs.

总体看还不错。不过我个人偏好模板法的写法，标志性词语要明显。语法小问题注意一下，否则考的时候很亏的。
其实我的水平也不怎么样啦,刚刚完整地写了三四篇.一起练,一起提高嘛.
