Issue17  第3篇 让砖头来得更猛烈些吧!
作者:寄托家园作文版普通用户     共用时间:45分43秒     427 words

今天限时没成功,不爽!构思花了7分多钟,看来每类都得写写才会顺手些。

There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws.

Syllabus:
1. it is unmeaning that everyone chooses to obey or disobey a law the arguer based on that the law is just or unjust.
2. It is the process of setting forth laws that is the most important thing in a civil society.
3. There is no denying that to disobey and resist unjust laws is extremely important in some cases.

The arguer claims that everyone in a society should obey just laws and disobey and resist unjust laws. Furthermore, the latter is more important than the former. In my point of view, I tend to believe that everyone has a responsibility to obey laws in most cases and the most important thing is the process of setting forth laws.

First of all, general speaking, it is unmeaning that everyone chooses to obey or disobey a law the arguer based on that the law is just or unjust. The just law or the unjust law is not a clear definition. Perhaps everyone can give himself or herself definitions and explanations to them. If one will be penalized by a law for he or she did something in the past, it is entirely that he or she declares that the law is unjust law and therefore he or she has a responsibility to disobey and resist the unjust law. If it is true, what can we do? Thus, a simple argument on whether we should obey a law depending upon being the just law or unjust law is not meaningful.

Secondly, it is the process of setting forth laws that is the most important thing in a civil society. The example mentioned above illustrates that we should invent a way to solve the problem, what is just law? Fortunately, our ancestors had succeeded to solve it by making a constitution. Constitution determines which law should be set forth and the content of the law. Of course, constitution itself is a law. How can we make sure that our constitution is a just constitution? The answer is that everyone should have the right to make the constitution and participate in the process for everyone is equable since he or she was born. Generally speaking, the equable right of everyone can make sure a just constitution. As many famous men ever said (and I paraphrase):" what the most valuable thing that America has brought to the whole human society is the pattern of government by law rather than any other things.

Admittedly, there is no denying that to disobey and resist unjust laws is extremely important in some cases. Suppose that there is no the responsibility to disobey and resist unjust laws, there will be no revolutions and lack considerable part of the motivation to the development of human society.

In conclusion, I hope it has been shown that a simple and poor definition of just law and unjust law is unmeaning and the most important thing is government by law.

The arguer claims that everyone in a society should obey just laws and disobey and resist unjust laws----(两个 “and”不太好).

Perhaps everyone can give himself or herself definitions and explanations to them(them refers to what?). 为什么过去做的错事,惩罚就成了unjust?
Secondly, it is the process of setting forth laws that is the most important thing in a civil society. The example mentioned above illustrates that we should invent a way to solve the problem, what is just law? Fortunately, our ancestors had succeeded to solve it by making a constitution. The arguer claims that everyone in a society should obey just laws and disobey and resist unjust laws. Furthermore, the latter is more important than the former. In my point of view, I tend to believe that everyone has a responsibility to obey laws in most cases and the most important thing is the process of setting forth laws. ( 开头不错!)

First of all, general ( 是 generally ) speaking, it is unmeaning that everyone chooses to obey or disobey a law the arguer based on that ( 是 whether 吧, 个人喜好。。呵呵 ) the law is just or unjust. The just law or the unjust law is not a clear definition. Perhaps everyone can give himself or herself (应该是 his or her 吧) definitions and explanations to them. If one will be penalized by a ( a 删掉, law 应该不是可数名词。 ) law for he or she did something ( 倒装一下好, something he or she did 个人喜好) in the past, it is entirely that he or she declares that the law is unjust law ( 可删) and therefore he or she has a responsibility to disobey and resist the unjust law. If it is true, what can we do? Thus, a simple argument on whether we should obey a law depending upon being the just law or unjust law ( 不通, its being just or unjust 会不会好些 ) is not meaningful.

( 放到 which 前面会不会好点 ) Of course, constitution itself is a law (不准确 ). How can we make sure that our constitution is a just constitution? The answer is that everyone should have the right to make the constitution and participate in the process for everyone is equable (是 equal 吧 )since ( when 吧, since 是从此之后一直是, 那就不是生而平等了。 ) he or she was born. Generally speaking, the equable right of everyone can make sure a just constitution. As many famous men ever said (and I paraphrase):" what the most valuable thing that America has brought to the whole human society is the pattern of government by law rather than any other things. ( 这句话好, 谁说的啊? )

Admittedly, there is no denying that to disobey and resist unjust laws is extremely important in some cases. Suppose that there is no the responsibility to disobey and resist unjust laws, there will be no revolutions and lack (?)considerable part of the motivation to the development of human society.

In conclusion, I hope it has been shown (呵呵, 不用那么谦虚吧) that a simple and poor (?) definition of just law and unjust law is unmeaning and the most important thing is government by law.

语言有些地方不太通(个人感觉),题目感觉分析的不够透彻, 有很多例子可以用阿, 像苏格拉底的例子用在第一段就挺好的。继续加油拉!

顺便拍拍我的吧:
