The suggestion for all nations to support a global university designed for the purpose of dealing with the persistence social problems by producing? students specialized in relating fields (Who says????)sounds admirable at first glance. However, by examining the functions of university and the ongoing processes of higer eduction, I would reckon that the fancy of global university is unpractical and needless in solving the worldwide difficult matters.

First consider the function of a university, certain notion that is widely accepted as a contributor of necessary training for individuals wishing to enter professional future careers, is unrealistic expectations in the so-called global university owing to the limitation of it. The primary obstacle that prevents the global university from providing adequate trainings to students lies in the adminstrative and political side. Choosing curriculum, for instance, may be quite a debate among nations. Developed countries might protest against underdeveloped nations demands on agronomy to shake off poverty , while the latter would inevitably ignore the technology of reduce contaminant discharge by automobiles. Ultimately, the divarications may impede the university to provide comprehensive courses and temper the original intention of education. Secondly, even if all the nations come to an agreement on what pressing problems deserve for the university's attention, the study and research focused only on those specific fields can not shoulder their students' personal enrichment for future career due to the narrow resource and onefold target.

The students with such an multicultural education background, as an American senior chemists once said to me, are more likely to be the leaders in their generation and play a significant part in impressing the world.

Furthermore, the endeavor of solving the world's annoying and urging social problem at international level is indispensable. Compared with relocating all the contemporary educational resources to abet a new educational institution, cooperation and communication between nations on the bases of the current higer education possess more merits, more convenience, as well as less squander. This kind of cooperation is proved to be feasible and has been accepted among many nations. A case in point is the Leadership for Sustainable Development Project sponsored by British government and implement through a joint effort of several universities in western countries. The project--aiming at preparing future leaders with sustainable perspective--has trained groups of personnels came from both developed and developing countries. Zhang Xubiao, a Chinese trainee of the project, has participated in several crucial decision concerning China's environmental protection and revolution of state owned enterprises as a consultant for the government shortly after he completed the one year study and came back to China.后两段越来越偏

Consequently, it is unnecessary for us to support a specific global university, which embraced bundles of conundrum that wrecks its feasibility.

(1) 可能忽视地方问题neglecting the parochial problems. (2) Some of the problems in the global university, such as the unfairly distribution of the limited resource, may easily spell some discordance among nations.

第四.此外,全球性的大学还应当积极地吸收和听取各国的声音,尽可能的减少政治上带来的影响 Furthermore, the global university also needs to hear different sound and make every nation possible to gain a equal opportunity to participate in the solutions of the problems and at the same time, share the mutual fruitions of the research.

可以写:
1、建立全球性的大学,有很多实际困难,操作起来不切实际。
2、除了建立全球性的大学,一样有很多其他方式可以解决社会问题。
仁远乎哉?吾欲仁,斯仁至矣。

个人感觉:其实你没有把你的例子和所要讲的东西结合起来,

比如Harvard的,如果它算是global university的话,那么就可以拿来支持你的观点,所以你得思考一下harvard算不算globall university

开头:concede题干。 My: 各个nations需要cultivate他们的学生将来能够devote到社会建设,并创造contribution.
1、从个人角度,高中毕业生不一定选择study in a global university. 举例:各个学生有不同的preference和ambition,他们根据自己的interests,advantage来选择学校,专业。
2、从社会角度,社会需要各种人who have various specialties and capabilities. 举例:软件公司-programmer,in the fields of manufactures-mechanics or electronics engineers
3、从国家角度,各个国家情况不同,有些不适合support the development of a global university. 举例:一些国家需要加强sci-tech, 同时,the development of a global university 的花费会很大
4、Admittedly, 一些well developed countries可以支持the development of a global university. 举例:发展民主,保护环境,解决污染等全球性问题。

请假研究题库中,会看的,回复不及时的话勿怪啊!这一篇从你的提纲看,最后一段论点不错,前两段和我一样很容易偏题的。

另外,自己发现了自己的一个大问题,就是主题句过长,且不能清楚的抛出观点,大家引以为戒啊。(问了一个AW5.5的高中同学后的心得)

关于跑题

虽然本人快考了,可是才刚开始准备作文。
关于这一次的狂跑题,出了冷汗的同时很欣慰——没有跑到考场上去啊
我的这段论述角度,我想,放在辩论赛的自由辩论里的某一句支持自己观点的辩词还可以,
但是,作为issue文章,远没有把握住有效的紧扣论题。
如果反对,我该说它如何不可行,如何不能达到目的,
而我环顾左右而言它仅说其他的方法的可行性是不能证明此方法的不可行性的。
不知这段反省各位感觉如何。
大家吸取我的教训啊,哈,虽然相信大家不会犯我这种弱智错误的。
