The speaker concludes that every aspect of society including education, politics, the arts and the sciences will benefit greatly from international influences. As far as I am concerned it will be this case in some fields, but not all fields can get benefit.

To begin with, education will be improved through international influences which are brought by global networks. This is to say by international communication we can learn from others and help mutually .For instance, on the basis of the global networks the students can get the chance to communicate with the foreign students and teachers. They also can attend the courses through long-distance-education and apply for a degree from the outside college. In addition, the teachers can communicate experience with the counterparts of the same field to improve themselves and  serve the students more efficiently. The leader of the education can learn from other countries and make a better plan for their education system. All these things can be obtained by the national cooperation.

In addition, the science area can also benefit from the communication. A large number of  scientific information can be shared by the researchers. As case in point is medical information. The medical scientists from all over the world can obtain the information about the brand new knowledge of the discipline which he devotes. So they can use these knowledge to cure the patients and finish his researches after absorbing some useful information. They can also turn to the experts of some fields to solve some illnesses which are not easily diagnosed and cured. It is no doubt that the networks bring great help to the medical field. In fact other scientific areas can benefit from the international communication
However, the international influence brings damage, rather than benefit, to the political field. It leads to various conflicts between some countries. Some developed countries exert great pressure to the developing countries and cause them to do what they are unwilling to do, even oblige them to convert their faith. In this way these countries will lose their independence and they can not announce in the international stage.

In sum, given above offered information which analyze advantages and disadvantages which the international influence bring to the education, science and politics it is comfortable to reach the conclusion that the networks can bring great benefit to some areas, but some fields will be damaged by it .We should guide the humane beings to rationally use the international influence to improve ourselves and at the same time we also should decrease the negative effect which it brings


TOPIC：ARGUMENT 7 - The following appeared in a letter to the editor of the Clearview newspaper.

"In the next mayoral election, residents of Clearview should vote for Ann Green, who is a member of the Good Earth Coalition, rather than for Frank Braun, a member of the Clearview town council, because the current members are not protecting our environment. For example, during the past year the number of factories in Clearview has doubled, air pollution levels have increased, and the local hospital has treated 25 percent more patients with respiratory illnesses. If we elect Ann Green, the environmental problems in Clearview will certainly be solved."

In this article, to some extent, the presented facts contribute to the idea that during the Frank Braun the local environment is bad .However careful scrutiny reveals various logical problems which make the author’s recommendation that the environmental problems in Clearview will be solved if Ann Green is elected unconvincing.

To begin with, the increasing respiratory illness is not necessarily due to the bad environment. It is possible that the winter lasted a very long time last year. It is well-known that bad weather will decline the immunity of the people, so they are easier to be infected by virus or bacterium.  In short without ruling out other possibilities the author can not convince us .Even if these patients are due to bad environment the 25% does not indicate a significant increase. Nevertheless the number of the factories has doubled.


Even if the serious environment problems have taken place in this place it is not necessarily due to Frank Braun. Perhaps he has made strict plan about improving the environment, but other people have not operated last year .Admittedly he should shoulder some responsibility ,however since the article fail to account for other alternative explanation the author cannot make his conclusion sound.
Even if last year is seriously damaged, the illness brought by the pollution has increased and all these obligation is due to Frank Braun the assertion is still unwarranted in two aspects. First, the author fails to assume that Ann Green can deal with the environment problems in the basis that he is a member of Good Earth Coalition. However there is no evidence provided. second, even if he can do with it perfectly whether he is the only choice .It is possible that somebody not only deal with these problems but also motivate local economic.
In sum, the assertion that Ann Green should be selected and the environmental problems will be solved is untenable in light of a variety of alternative explanation. To strengthen it the author must provide a study about the extent of the environment and whether it contributes to the increasing  illness. To better evaluate it we would need more information about other exploits of the two persons and whether there is a more proper person.
