1、指出issue中的武断。
2、不能简单地把laws分为just and unjust.
3、laws的目的就是维护社会秩序，如果大家都从个人角度判断laws的just与否，从而obey or disobey，那么社会就会混乱。
4、立法的依据是当时当地社会大众的一般道德观念，它维护大多数人的利益。所以对于laws，甚至unjust laws我们绝不能卤莽行动，要采取有效措施。

The speaker first asserts that laws are simply divided into two extremes, the just laws and the unjust ones. As to the attitude to laws, I do stand for the affirmation insofar as that every individual should obey just laws, nevertheless, it is reckless to advocate that people should disobey and resist unjust laws.

To begin with, whether a law is just or unjust is a complex issue. People are always different in their views toward the outside world. As an abstract conception, the fairness of any law depends on individuals' personal value systems, or their personal interests in the legal issue at hand.  Accordingly, great inconsistencies of action which were brought by various attitudes would come into being, even induce chaos to some extent in a society, since it is barely absolute just laws in existence for the universal criterions. Take the controversies on euthanasia for instance, laws admit euthanasia is just in some counties, while laws prohibit euthanasia from others’ opinions, owing to their distinct moral standards and philosophies. Then certain people could take advantage of the difference to attain their intentions, and these behaviors are leading to more unpleasing dissensions.

However, laws serve a variety of functions. Laws against crimes, help to maintain a peaceful, orderly, relatively stable society. Law has also been used as a mechanism for social change, at many times laws have been passed to inhibit social discrimination and to improve the quality of individual life in matters of health, education, and welfare. Those are ultimate purposes of legislation, need the enforcement to ensure. If people can disobey the laws at will just only because they think the laws are unjust for their own interests, the significance of laws would be in vain. For example, Antitrust Law in the USA prohibits the unfair marketing and limits monopolization. On the condition that few entrepreneurs considered it is harmful for their profit even unjust, therefore disobey and resist Antitrust Law, how can the whole society benefit from the law?

Moreover, the criterions of legislation reduce to the general moral conception of contemporaneous people in local area. Consequently, laws are in behalf of the majorities and promote societal   development. On this account, it goes without saying to obey the just laws. But when confronted with the unjust laws, we should calm down then analyse the causation in order to take the effective actions to eliminate the bad influence and help them turn to just laws, instead of the rash disobedience and resistance. Only through these appropriate ways, laws can serve better our society, also avoid unnecessarily intensive movements.

In conclusion, individuals could not easily judge laws are just or not from personal viewpoint. Furthermore, to obey imprudently the so-called “unjust laws” actually is unwise and ineffective. We should intellectually take the apposite measures to be against or to revise the unjust laws unaccepted by populace.

1. 结构组织跟第一篇都不是一个档次上的,感觉提高了很多啊,congratulations！
2. 第三段开头用However???没有构成转折关系啊......这段的段首句是不是太简单了一点,如果能够囊括你提纲的内容的话是最好了.这段的例子举得不错,扩展的也可以,但如果能在最后在Therefore一下,重现观点会更好
3. 第四段内容好像跟你的提纲不太符合耶~~如果能够按照提纲来写,再进行正反论证,是很好的~~
