1．这样的大学受到各个国家的支持，它的教学与选材多多少少会受到各个国家的干涉，国家之间受自身利益的驱使很难达成一致。比如，美国更倾向于让这所大学着眼于反控问题，中国更倾向于解决人都问题，非洲更倾向于解决饥饿问题。这样一来，很难决定教学的内容与目标。全球性大学很可能办不起来。
2. 这样的大学即使办起来也非常可能是没有效率。毕竟各国的国情不同，存在的社会问题也各不相同。一个解决方式可能在一个国家适用，而另一个国家由于自身某种原因而拒绝这种办法。比如，京都议定书防止污染，但美国出于自身的考虑推出。这样全球性大学就难以达成本来的目的。从这个角度讲，各国完全可以培养自己的人才，这样可能更有效。
3．但是无可否认，对于一些社会问题，比如green house effect是需要各国的通力合作的，一所全球性大学确实有助于各国的合作。然而，即便这样，一所大学也并不是必须的，各国的合作就解决问题，合作并不一定必须采用全球性大学的形式。

【正文】

Prior to my analysis, I have to concede that a global university, to certain extent, is conductive to solve some persistent social problems in the world. Nevertheless, I tend to disagree with the author for there reasons below.

First of all, since a country often advances its own interest and has the desire to control others, the global university is inevitably tainted with politics and debating in terms of incongruent interest. It is not hard to imagine that when the university intends to decide what they would like to teach the students, USA would stand up to claim that the students should be taught to go against the terrorism and protect the human right while China may hoped that the university pay more attention on the population issue. In that case, the university would feel difficult to decide the contents of courses. Actually, it usually takes a long time for the countries to debate and at length come to an agreement. Hence, the effort to found a global university is presumed to be in vain under this circumstance.

Secondly, it would be of low efficiency for all the nations to establish a global university for the purpose of solving the world's most persistent problems. As we know, there always exist different social problems in different countries. For that matter, it is highly possible that the avenues of intellectual and research are admitted in one country but banned in another country. Take the Kyoto Protocol for instance, over 100 countries have sign this protocol in order to stem the trend of becoming warmer in the whole world through eliminating the polluted air produced in the industry. Unfortunately, due to certain reasons the US claims not to comply with this protocol any more. In effect, the method tends to be a failure. This illustrates that the global university tend to be efficient in the frame of countries and interests.

Last but not least, I concede that some issues in the society such as terrorism, pollution, poverty, etc. require collaboration among countries insofar as no country by itself can deal with them effortlessly and perfectly. However, it is nevertheless necessary to establish a global university because the society can successfully deal with these problems by international cooperation. Furthermore, founding up a global university needs a great deal of money and the support of finance in each country. Yet the point is that many countries cannot afford it and this may impose huge load on their previously poor economy and thereby aggravate their social problems. Accordingly, country would better to foster their own talents in that they can best know and thus solve the most persistent social problems.

To sum up, even though the purpose of establishing a global university tend to  be exciting and wonderful, yet as long as the interests of each country can not come to an agreement the global university tends to be utopian at best.

First of all, since a country often advances its own interest and has the desire to control others, the global university is inevitably tainted with politics and （这里要表达的是有争议的意思吗？ Debating的用法你确定吗？我觉得用is debatable 好些？可否告诉我？） debating in terms of incongruent interest. It is not hard to imagine that when the university intends to decide what they would like to teach the students, USA would stand up to claim that the students should be taught to go against the terrorism and protect the human right while China may hoped（hope） that the university pay more attention on the population issue. In that case,( it might be difficult for the university to decide the contents of the courses我觉得这样好点，个人意见)  the university would feel difficult to decide the contents of courses. Hence, the effort to found a global university is presumed to be in vain under this circumstance. ( 这段的论述举例恰当。结构清晰，但是有点显得单薄。)

总体来说，这篇文章写得还好，结构和思路都很清晰，但是给人的感觉是说理部分太多，例子少，说一略显单薄，但是在语言与论证上没什么问题，还是写得挺不错的。努力！
