my 2nd ad: Information management@Syracuse

first，1.10号截止，犹豫到1.9号才提交网申，1.27号收到admission，感觉syracuse效率真高啊。

second，好像这个ad是基于网申填的东西决定的，都没看official transcript和test score

third,给了20％tuition的scholarship,杯水车薪哦。不过当时网站上好像说国际新生都没有奖学金的，有总比没有好。

To complete your application, you must make certain all of the official documentation including transcripts and test scores are sent to Graduate Enrollment Management Center, Syracuse University, PO Box 35060, Syracuse, New York 13235.  You must submit this documentation before we can finalize your acceptance to the program.

I am also pleased to award you a School of Information Studies International Scholarship. This is a scholarship for 20 percent of the cost of tuition for the academic year 2006-2007 in the School of Information Studies.  This scholarship is conditional on you sending official documentation needed for admission and your acceptance to the program.

是的，就是在同一封信里说的。这是继网申确认信之后，syracuse发给我的唯一一封信。
