Dear XXX,

The admissions committee has reviewed your application to the MA in Economics program and are recommending to the Graduate School that you be admitted.  All students that do not already have a MA in Economics are automatically considered for the MA program first.  The MA program is one year and all the classes you take will also count toward the PHD program.  Once you have completed the MA you can then apply to the PHD program.  The Graduate School will do a final review of your application and notify you of the official admissions decision in the next few weeks.  If you have any questions in the meantime please let me know.

研院是不是就是审托福和GRE啊？我都达到他们学校的要求了。

这封信的是不是还说我在他家的硕士课程可以将来算在博士里面，不需要重新学了吧？
我本来申的是他家PhD。我TOEFL 617+5, GRE 470+800+4。
