144 题 关于住老房子还是新住宅的
Living is essential to almost all people no matterwhich country they are in. Picking a right place to live in is also very significantto everyone and a difficult choice. In the preference of living in a traditionalhouse or a modern apartment, I will choose the later one without hesitatebecause it provides me a convenience, safe place to live in.
There is popular saying that: time is money. Thus aconvenient modern apartment would be a smart choice for me, a graduate studentfrom college. First, nearly all of the modern apartments are in the center andother prosperous areas of the city. Thus living in such a place, I will have notrouble to find anything I want to sustain my daily life, such as stationaryfacilities, restaurants and other basic daily necessities. Second, nearly allof the Chinese traditional houses do not have any modern water boil and supplysystem. After a whole day at work, a warm shower bath might be the only way forme to relax and avoid myself from the worries of the work world. But it is notan easy task if I am living in a traditional house because it do not have thewarm water supply system, if I have to have a warm bath in it, I have toprepare for the facilities, boil the water, and even pour the water while bathover. After every thing is done, I would be much tired and nearly have no timeto enjoy the free time after work. That, instead, can not happen in the modernapartment.
It is true that there are many crimes in the city, such as theft, housebreaking and so on. By the opportunities in the city, I haveto live in the city of finding a stable, high paying job. So the modernapartment would be the brilliant choice for me to prevent myself against thesecrimes regards to the alarm system in the building which can not be found inmost of traditional houses. It is not to say that only I choose the modernapartment, will I be truly safe. If I live in it, however, I could feel muchsafe than in the traditional house. Besides, a modern house is a perfect resistanceto the earthquake, about 6 levels to 7, in our city with the structure of steeland concrete. When the earthquake comes, it would be more dangerous for me tolive in the traditional house.
While , in comparing to the traditional house, it iswithout denying that there are also many disadvantages, it is noising ,expensive and lack of communication for instance, I believe that the benefitsis overweight its drawbacks. So, I think that a modern house will be the top decisionfor me.

Living is essential to almost everyone no matter in which country . Picking a right place to live in is also very significantto everyone and It is a difficult choice. As for the preference of living in a traditionalhouse or a modern apartment, I will choose the later one without hesitate because it provides me a convenient, safe place to dwell(为了避免重复) in.
There is a (不要忽视冠词)popular saying that: time is money. Thus a convenient modern apartment would be a smart choice for me, a graduate student from college. First, nearly all of the modern apartments are in the center and other prosperous areas of the city. so living in such a place, I will have notrouble to find anything I want to sustain my daily life, such as stationaryfacilities, restaurants and other basic daily necessities. Second, nearly allof the Chinese traditional houses do not have any modern water boil and supplysystem. After a whole day 's work, a warm shower bath might be the only way forme to relax and keep myself from the worries of  working.

However because of the tremendous job opportunities in the city, Ihave to live in the city to hunt a stable, high paying job. So the modernapartment would be the advisible(brilliant太大了) choice for me due to(原文有点累赘) to the advanced alarm system in the building, such aselectronic clock, (如果不加这个插入语,WHICH前也应加逗号) which can not be found in most of traditional houses.BUT It is not to say that only I choose the modern apartment,  will I be truly safe. If I live in it, however, I could feel much safer than in the traditional house. Besides, a modern house is a perfect resistance to the earthquake, about 6 levels to 7, in our city with the structure of steeland concrete. When the earthquake comes, it would be more dangerous for me tolive in the traditional house.(传统房子跑的快啊,现代房子都是高楼)
While ,  compared to the traditional house, it is no deny that there are yet many disadvantages in living  modern apartment, such as the noise ,high expenditure and lack of communication between neighbors for instance. HOWEVER, (一定要注意连词使用,og上的说明:文章要coherent)I believe that the benefits overweight its drawbacks. So, I think that a modern house will be the top decisionfor me.
STRIVE, STRIVE, STRIVE....
