周四作业young people to have the ability to plan and organize

Since the society has become more complex, quite a few people would claim that young people should possess many qualities - such as the ability of social skills, to overcome difficulties, or to cooperate with each others. According to my rule of thumb, it is as crucial, if no more than that, for young people to bear the ability to plan and organize.

First of all, the ability to plan can benefit you to deal with mountainous tasks in your workplace. Just image, you are employed at a busy real estate office. If you could not choose the most important thing and the most emergent one wisely, and the finish them first in your daily work, you would never find ways to deal with your numerous tasks, return your overwhelming phone calls, or write all your reports. In contrast, if you organize them well and plan out your assignments, you can be easily to accomplish before their deadlines, thus you can definitely win your employers’ heart.

In addition, the ability to plan means you can balance your career and your life easily. In a careful plan, you know what to do first, what to do next, when to have a rest and spend time with family members. In the past, for example, I did not know how to arrange my daily study. In the face of mountainous study materials, I felt a great deal of stress. Now, I can deal with them more easily. I make my schedules, and I know how to get rid of some needless materials. Life becomes easy and happy. Besides that, it saves your much time. That means you have much time to relax – a stream to fish in, a mountain to climb up, a beach to walk on, or a game to play with the kids.

Finally, the ability to organize offers a positive attitude and inspires people to work hard. There is no need to worry about what you have not finished, because they are not my today’s plan.  Through my schedule, I can clearly see my progress in my studying. And I am always excited with a positive attitude as I have achieved my today’s goals.

By and large, besides offering a positive attitude, the ability to plan and organize is important for young people’s life as well as career.
