Many people, totally fed up with piles of advertisements swarming into their daily lives, claim that there is no need for those firms to do so since they have always known what they want, what they need and what they will pick up. However, is it really so? I can hardly agree.
Firstly, it seems too boastful to say that someone could be absolutely sure what he or she wants to buy, especially in this rapid developing society that(where) revolutionary creatures(creations) come up everyday. If there is no advertisement, how drivers can know that now there is an electronic product named GPS is(is 去掉) capable to guide(of guiding) them everywhere around the world? How can housewives know there is a new chemical composition(detergent更好些吧)that could remove all stains in their house? How can parents know about new products that help edify children’s talent? Thus, advertisements, especially for high-tech products, play a role of providing information and inciting demands. (几个排列的例子恰到好处)
Secondly, granted that people now are all quite sure about what they want to buy, however, there are so many factories selling the similar or even identical products, how can one distinguish(distinguish及物,换个词吧) among them? Perhaps there is no need to customer to focus on brand, (这儿缺个连接词)there is indeed a need for manufacturers to promote their products. When one wants to drink coffee, which brand will he choose? Nestle? Maxwell? Or others?(这个例子也好,看来以后要多背背商标名) There maybe no difference to a non-dainty customer, however, this means a lot to manufacturers. Thus, advertisements do(are) crucial to companies, especially for those in highly competitive industry.
Thirdly, advertisement is also important for companies who want to build up a good reputation and enlarge their influences. As I mentioned before, there are so many companies providing identical products, and advisable customers always choose reliable products. Then there is a need for companies to set up trust among their clientele(clientele专指医生等的客户,换clients,这个宽泛点好). How this can be done? The only way is advertisement. When Tom Cruise in the television personated(和后面的tell时态保持一致) a customer and tell you this shampoo is really conducive to his awesome hair, few could resist the persuasion.
Thus, the old says “Good wine needs no bush”(怎么这个谚语我都没听说过呢?学习学习) maybe no longer that applicable to nowadays drastic vying market. (这个句子语法上有问题,lz自己看着改改)And, for a company, if you want to present your products to customers, distinguish from competitors, and build your own company image, do advertise.
结构层次就不用说了,大家的想法都差不多。花点时间把语法再巩固下,因为这方面丢分太可惜了。 |
