that government are supposed to use in some cases to avoid fluctuation of the public.However,in some cases,things will get

just the oppsite.The bigger the lies is,the more the doubt gain.Truth will come to light sooner or later.It is more likely

that the public will be
unpleasant with the government and lead to unpredicable choas.As a result,to deal with difficulty

And the existence of different opinions in public can not be the representative of an imcompatible society.Everything has

two sides.Different ideas are put forward when one thing are censused from different sides by different people.And it is the

to undecent measures made by them in dealing with their finacial problems and others critial ones,which will cause

unnecessary choas to some degree.But sometimes keeping back certain news is needed to avoid potential problems.In conlucsion,

being aware of the importance of the public's right to know the truth is the first step when considering measures in dealing

with difficulties.

To sum up,due to the above mentioned reasons,which sometimes correlate with each other to generate an integrate whole and

thus become more convincing than any single one of them,we may be comfortable to say that proper lies can be taken into

account and the right of the pubilic should be pay great attention to.And also,as public,toleration and respecting different
