Nowadays , there is a phenomenon has caused wide public concern in many places of the world that students choose the difficult or challenging classes in college or university though they cannot get a great grade. When it comes to this issue , some people believe that it is bad for students , others , however , disagree with it . As for me , i am in favor of the opinion that it is better for students at univeisity or in college to choose difficult classes even if they cannot get top grades for following reasons .
First of all , students choose difficult classes to obtain more choices ,higher salaries , and more opportunities for advancement in an increasingly competitive job market. For instance , many students choose Computer Science Class though it is very difficult . Needless to say applicants with Computer Science degree would not only be qualified for jobs in hightech companies , they would also be well prepared for any job with computer skills as a prerequisite . With a larger range of potential jobs to choose from , students are more likely to find a job that suits their particular needs and interests.
Second , employers are willing to pay a premium for challenging subjects' students. For example , many companies desire employees offer higher salaries to attract the students that have a difficult subject' s degree .Even if a jog applicant with a college degree has high standardizard test scores , employers may still place a higher value on an applicant with challenging classes who may have lower grades .Students are not only more likely to receive more job offers , they can also command higher salaries than applicants who have an easy subject's degree .
