急问：NY bar 考试初步审查没通过怎么上诉？

有谁知道NY bar 考试初步审查没通过该怎么上诉呢？

今天收到NY bar board的信，说我不满足520.6(b)(1), 因为本人在国内只学过2年的法律(87个学分），而信上说 A minimum of three years full-time or four years part-time classroom study is generally required to satisfy the durational requirement. ....Therefore, we regret to advise that you do not  meet the educational requirements of section520.6 and consequently do not qualify to sit for the NY state bar examination.

我当初寄去了： 1.大学法律的学位证明和成绩单 2年full-time（87credits) 成绩单上有周学时和学分; 2.国内的律师职业资格公正件；3. request for evaluation of foreign academic credential form, 4. cover letter,  5. 目前在一所ABA承认的LAW School 上LLM的就读证明。

请问：上诉究竟是怎么一个程序呢？要提交什么资料呢？是寄去还是要亲自去法院呢？ 真是急死我了....
哪位有经验的网友能提供些信息么？感激不尽！！

这个程序跟法院没关系.你要去nys board的网站上去查具体程序.

信里还说：The Board has no power to waive any of the requirements of the rules, such power being vested solely in the Court it self. In the event that you choose to petition the court of Appeals under the section 520.14 for a waiver of strict compliance with section 520.6 and for a court order admitting you to the examination, your verified petition, in duplicate, should be addressed to the Honorable Judges of the Court of Appeals, Court of Appeals Hall, 20 Eagle Street, Albany, NY 12207.....

查了，就这么一段话
520.14 Application for waiver of rules.                                                 The Court of Appeals, upon                         application, may in its discretion vary the application of or waive                         any provision of these rules where strict compliance will cause                         undue hardship to the applicant. Such application shall be in the                         form of a verified petition setting forth the applicant's name, age                         and residence address, the facts relied upon and a prayer for                         relief.

ny  bar的考试资格是看你在法学院上课的学时。楼主的例子表明如果只在法学院学习了2年＋中国律师执业资格＋美国llm是不具备的考ny bar资格的。
