Do you believe you can do everything without any others' help? There is a general discussion nowadays as to the ability to cooperate with other well is more crucial today than in the past. Some people who advocate the importance of the team work argue that everyone in a group should pay more attention on how to work with others, but people who are conscious of the key role that specialized skills play, on the other hand, claim that we should improve the efficiency of our production activities. Coincident with opinion of many people is my heartfelt agreement with the standpoint that cooperating has became the most striking skill in this planet today.

In the first place, nothing is more important than to work with team members to achieve a goal. There is an undeniable fact that people relay on the teamwork when they have to face some systemic and complex tasks, Cooperation imposes a dramatically influence on how to work together perfectly. For an instance, computer games are definitely huge projects which demand many people involve from variety of majors, such as Computer Science, Arts, Electronic Engineering, and so on. Specialists in Art give the drafts to software engineers who have the responsiblity of creating virtue scenes, and electronic engineers charge the hardware development that served to the game. How can they work in a harmonious atmosphere? On no account can we ignore the value of cooperating skills.

In the second place, the better people cooperate with other, the better we can learn from other. People in our society have their own special experiences, we can share them with each other to enable people accumulate more and more useful knowledge. As can be seen in a statistics released by scientists indicates that, more than 45% of human skills and knowledge are absorbed from their parents, playmates and partners. It is obviously that people should regard the good cooperation as the main character in the stage of our daily work.

Opposed to the advantage of good interpersonal skills are those who deem that people should invariably do their utmost to obtain more and more specific skills, like logical minding, lecture performance, etc. These kinds of skills are the precondition and original source of the productivity progression.

From what has been discussed above, though the acceptability that the advantages of some specific skills are considerable, they cannot compete with the benefits that wonderful cooperating skill leads to, so we could safely draw the viewpoint that the significant of cooperating with each other has increasingly gained people's awareness today.
