The teacher should pay for their students’ performance or not.

With the development of the society, people are facing more and more challenge and competition in their daily life. To live a better life, many people treat the education as the first important basement of their success, which has a great relationship with teacher. A good teacher should light up a individual's whole life. When it comes to the issue that teachers should pay according to their students' performance, people have many different opinions. In my perspective, teacher should not be paid according for their students' scores or performance.

First of all, there are so many differences among students that they may have various performances when teacher have the same efforts. In this case, I want to mention the special education for some disable students. Teachers in these schools are definitely doing hard work to tutor their students. They may devote much more than regular teachers to teach students to finishing some assignment which is simple as our ability. Their performance is little, but can not be neglected at all. If the society did not have that part of education, it is not fair for the disabled children to lose their educational opportunity. If teachers are paid for their students' scores, less people will work for the special education and our society could loss this crucial part of a ripe society.

What is more, many significant expects of education, which could not be searched in a short time, should not be ignored by teachers. As my teacher always saying, the essential of education is just the things left in your mind after you forget all the knowledge. It is true. We may not remember all the formula we learned in mathematics class, but we do have the ability of calculation; we probably can not repeat all articles after we left school, but we could write gorgeous sentence when expressing. These aspects, apart from the performance and score, could be not neglected in education. If teachers are paid for their students' scores, they may just pay their attention to the examinations and forget the essential of education. In that case, education will lost its most vital meaning to the development of society and individuals.

To sum up, payment of teacher according to scores will do harm to the development of education, individual fair and society. To judge teachers’ working efforts, we should have a more explicit and comprehensive judgment system of whole education process.
