正 it is true that growth of global net work will benefit lots of aspects in society, such as education (reasons/examples), art (reasons/examples), science (reasons/examples), physic (reasons/examples).

反 However, in some respects the growth of global networks have negatives to us, such as lacking of information-security, difficulty in filtering information which can poison children.

合 To some degree, the growth of global networks enhance our
education, art, science, physic ……meanwhile to the nature of the growth of global itself, have bad effects…So the speaker’s claim is dubious ,or at least premature.

Not all of access to new information are definitely perfect. Such as the internet, although in some ways it is truly help us in learning; it has negatives such as lacking of information-security, difficulty in filtering information which can poison children.
