The laws, broadly defined as the confinement of human deed, are subject to be bifurcated as just laws and unjust laws, by nature, as far as their origin and formulation are concerned. Those issued to discipline and alter(guide) the daily conduct tend to be the just one, while those legislated to assure the interest of the ruling(?) government tend to be the unjust ones.
To be a member of the society, for our own benefits(rights) and interest, it is our duty to abide by the just law. Just laws stands as the cornerstone for the healthy and democratic society, in which social stability, improvement as well as the prosperity highly valued. Traffic rules guard society from disorder, commercial laws keep the citizens from endless disputation while criminal laws prevent the erect the world as fair and just(意思是不是反了).(例子没有很好的说明prosperity.只说明了stability,说的也不充分,可以进一步说交通规则使得生活更加有序,商业法规使得社会更繁荣….) Thus, people are required to obey the just law that indicates concrete details indispensible for the ideal society.
On the other hand, it is the responsibility for us to resist the unjust laws, the canker against the harmony and unfairness in the society. In the ancient times, the citizens were kept in the dark about their inborn rights like freedom of speech and act, the individualism. In the meantime, laws are set up not for the purpose of keep the social order but just for the surreptitious aim to substantiate the unjustifiable ruling of one class of others.
Emperors in the period of feudalism had once been recognized as the center by law, around which all the stars, sun included, circled. Admit it or not, laws in such eras serves as the Then, living in the modern time of democracy, how to express the discontent if we find some law unjust? It is commonly claimed and actually practiced to voice the anger and indignation through violence that take the shape of insurrection and social unrest. However, it seems to have no use in the modern time, when the social stability are emphasized and peace and development are the two utmost themes held dear by people throughout the world. Whereas, though I hate any kind of violence like terrorism and vandalism, I am not for the invidious acquiescence and silence, which not eliminate but in effect aggravate the unfairness rampant in the society. We need look, act and fight for our right, in a comparatively mitigated way. All dissents can be solved through Talk in a parlance; ironically, the last straw turned to while has long been proved the most effective resort at the least cost.
(好多G词汇。这段写的有点乱我有点没有理清楚你要说什么,你把提纲的2 3 写成这一段了吗?有点逻辑不清楚。)
In sum, as the time slip by, more and more laws are passed in place of those proved ineffectual and outmoded. Some are enriched and revised, while others are expurgated and abolished to keep abreast of the development of the society. However, all laws, just and unjust, have to undergo the inspection of time, and only those facilitate the social fairness, harmony and prosperity can withstand and left behind to codify the ideal laws.
