TOPIC: ISSUE51 - "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

Casting an assertion, the author believes education would be futile unless it is specifically designed to fit every single student`s requirement and interests. However, I couldnot help doubt the credibility of the notion.
Basically, perhaps it is widely agreed that education would present positive when it is delicately designed for the student to a significant extent, but it also needs some addings to the claim. Such education barely cares about the huge cost of time and funding on a student, comparing to the education in a mass-production way whose average cost is much lower. Nevertheless, there are preconditions to be added to the assertion, which demand the designation to be made scientifically and with an ardent attitude. An education can be of negative effect as it was in a tale:  a captured young prince who was unaware of the corrupting education on certain cases, or a millionaire father spilled his money to make his dawdling son learning philosophy. Without the benefit of the two aspects, the end may turn out to be miserable.
On the contrary, controversies arise when it comes to the "only". Such hasty assertion directly brings the problem in the following aspects. First, it is under dispute that the education not specially designed for the chracteristics of the individuals would contribute nothing to the development. A university student lacking his A-grades dropped out the college for an education in the competing environment and finally earns his fame and fortune, who was called a celebrity and hero---Bill Gates, who serves negatively to the assertion. Second, it would be hasty to assert the individual needs and interests would be free from altering throughout the student`s whole life. Not every to-be-teached could name a preference and had it fixed for centuries. A dream of being a chef could take place only attribute a wonderful pudding three minutes ago. Third, the education takers maybe unaware of the potential ability hiding in the bottom of their hearts, for what one likes most may not be the fittest.
In sum, the view fails to convince me for the credibility of the developing plan, for the possiblity to urge one succeed in the repelling realms, for the mobility of the personal preference, and for the probability of the unawared potentiality. Without referring to such important possiblities, the author is merely making a conclusion based on flaws. But had the all excluded factors into account, it is likely for the student specially cultilized to embrace his blossoming development.

大体上写的还好阿,我也没挑出什么毛病,但是有个最最关键的问题:您的issue写的像argue。
issue的文章更重要的是:提出自己的观点,然后通过论证来支持自己的观点。但是您的文章感觉上更多的是针对题目的内容进行反驳。

其次,没有结尾。
