student."

How to make education to be truly effective?The speaker advocates that eduction should be specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.I concede that interest is very important during the study life, but that education is specifically created to meet the needs of every student will not be feasible.
First of all, I must admit that interest plays an important part during the students' study time.For Chinese,when children attend the primary  school, they get a start to learn mathematics,Chinese,English and so on.For some students, especically the boys, they always feel it is boring to learn a language which need them to recite a lot of words and acquire some grammars, such as Chinese. The boys often prefer mathematics to Chinese or English and also get the higher score in maths than in other subjects.From this we can get the conclusion that interest is the key point for the students when they are study something. And it is the School's or the teacher's task to cultivate the students' interest in their major.

Although I agree the importance of interest for the students, i insisit that every student should accept common education in some distance. If education is specifically devised to different student, it means different student learn different course to meet the difference between them. Then the education worker have to face the fact that them cannot evaluate which student is good or which is not, because of lacking the standards of measurement. And also it is hard for the employers to choose the proper persion to meet the requirment of some specifical positions. As what i metioned upon, i think that students should learn some common and fundemental course as their major courses and choose other courses as their elective courses to develop their interest in other fields as what is working in most universities in China.

Even if the resoure of education is  plentiful, we cannot meet every student's different need. The function of school is to help the students to develop integrate not to offer a unique education designed according to their interests and needs. The Degree Commission of the State Council strictly defines education with record of formal schooling. The meaning of Education is , through is , students can have the ability to make a better future for themselves. The significance of education lies not in knowledges itself, but in teaching people to understand the meaning of life.

Taking into account all these factors above, we may safely draw the conclusion that it is important for the students to have interest and freedom to learn in some distance. Encourage your child to participate in a variety of activities so that he can gain a broader sense of view, a larger knowledge base and different experiences.And one of goals as a teacher or parent is to create student who will continue to learn throughout their lives and student will benefit a great deal from this. On the other hand, we can operate course-selecting system. This kind of system reflects the freedom of students' study, which presupposes the cultivating of students' personality, selecting ability and interests.Through these ways, I think it will make the education be more effective.
